Best Airbnb we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at a lot! All the little touches like L'Oreal shampoo and conditioner, HempZ moisturizer, Bengal spice tea, Trader Joe's Turkish honey, fresh farm eggs, half-and-half and a diffuser with essential oils made this THE BEST!

This was a great location, close to everything. The yard was very private! Everything was clean and as advertised!

A great location - within a block of downtown Sandpoint. You can walk to get something to eat, do some shopping, or play at the beach. The cottage was very clean and well stocked with items to help you get through the week. Our hosts were very nice and willing to help out when needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Michael hosted me during my stay as Kally was out of town. I can’t say enough kind words about Michael. He was very friendly, a gracious host and the cottage is absolutely adorable. The space is well kept, clean and in a super location. My dog traveled with me and the fenced yard was a major plus. The neighborhood is great to walk through as well. Downtown is a few minutes away on foot and the ski resort only 25-30 minutes by car. I would definitely stay again and recommend this cute place to any of my friends.

Mary has a very cute and well cared for home. It is very close to pretty much everything in downtown sandpoint. Maybe bring earplugs for the trains, but they can be heard from anywhere near to downtown.

Mary has a beautiful home only a short walk to all of the restaurants and bars downtown. She is a great hostess and offers coffee and a variety of breakfast items in the morning (toast, jam, breakfast bars, fruit, etc.). She is also very knowledgeable about the local area and shares whatever information you might need. I highly recommend!

Jennings was super nice and personalized our visit with a special treat for our birthday weekend. The house was adorable, clean and felt very well cared for, even had music on for us upon arrival. And you can't beat the location being so close to downtown with restaurants and shops. I've been visiting Sandpoint for several years now and have always stayed at a hotel, but will never again. Jennings home was so much more convenient, cozy and relaxing!

The house is in a great location for walking to the restaurants, shops and the beach at Sandpoint. If you enjoying cooking your own meals like we do, the kitchen is nicely equipped for doing so. A nice surprise was a bluetooth speaker for use during our stay. The speaker along with the gas grill on the back patio made for a nice dinner one evening. I imagine on our next trip to Sandpoint we will try to book this again for our stay.

This warm and charming house with colorful accents is perfectly located at the edge of downtown, a brand new brewery/music venue a stone's throw away, the beach right down the street, right next to the bike path, it is a perfect spot for a family going on vacation anytime of year. Brenda was friendly, quick to respond to messages, and did an excellent job overall. Definitely recommeded!

Awesome space in a great location!

Sunflower house is an inviting, fun, and comfortable house. It’s has a great vibe for visiting Sandpoint. The location is great. We walked to everything downtown in a couple of minutes and rode the house bicycles to the beach. Elise, our host, was helpful and quick to respond with a great attitude. The house has a big comfy couch and space to do some yoga in the front room, a clean bathroom, the bedroom has a nice queen bed, a laundry room (with washer & dryer), and an adorable eat-in kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Elise has a wonderfully cozy, eclectic and clean space. The neighborhood is great and she was lively when we needed her (we locked ourselves out-oops!).

This place is in an excellent location near downtown Sandpoint. There's lots to do in town, and many pretty parks within an easy walking distance. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It is a duplex with an upstairs tenant. The sound insulation isn't great, and so we heard him walking and playing music and talking on the phone. But mostly, he seemed to be a fairly pleasant and quiet person. While we greatly enjoyed our stay in Sandpoint, this place needs a lot of attention. First, the number of objects (e.g., glassware, feathers, pillows) with glittery, bright primary colors is overwhelming. Others may find this interesting. We found it jarring and far from restful. These objects collect a great deal of dust and so require considerable effort to maintain. This maintenance wasn't present during our stay. The only place to sit in the living room is a fairly old and uncomfortable sofa. There are no reading lamps in either the living room or bedroom. The kitchen is very minimally equipped (e.g., only one pot). The only table is a built-in in the kitchen; it's in desperate need of bench cushions. We found the bed fairly uncomfortable as well as the sheets. There is an expansive back yard, but it is not accessible from the house, requiring instead that you exit the front door and go through an old gate in the back. We should add that the Airbnb pictures are somewhat deceptive in that rooms look very light; but in fact, most of the house is extremely dark (especially with the limited lighting provided); in particular, there is no light in the hallway. Our host was very responsive to our concerns about the overwhelming fragrance from the plug-ins and helped us remove them. Still, it took over a day for the odors to dissipate. There were many times when our host was responsive, but also many gaps when we needed help (e.g., when we couldn't find the one pot in the kitchen). Although this was likely a reasonable value for the price (since the price was fairly low), we would not stay here again.

This place is amazing. The location is walking distance to all the local amenities and situated on a quiet street. Communication with Elise is effortless and she is very quick to respond. The place is immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. You will not be disappointed!!

We loved so much about our stay at Elise's home! The location is amazing for enjoying Sandpoint on foot or on the cruiser bikes that Elise offers to guests! Her home is impeccably clean and she provides really lovely touches for her guests. Great local information is provided so you have a list of places to try if you've never bee here and it felt like our home away from home! Can't say enough positive things about our experience. I had the hardest time leaving this place! I simply loved everything about it! I spent my mornings just meandering around each room and exploring every little detail of this place. It's just perfect! The eclectic kaleidoscope of color to the decor just makes a person happy! It made me feel youthful again! I travel all over and stay in a ton of hotels, condos, airbnb's, and (Hidden by Airbnb) 's and this is BY FAR the most delighted I've ever been with a place! The house is so quaint and charming, and the backyard is beautiful and private. This place is also perfectly situated right next to downtown so everything is within walking distance. I would highly recommend this very unique and charming house to anybody! Elise is also the most attentive and amazing hostess!

This was a such a great place to stay. It was very unique and you could tell that every piece of furniture, towel, dish, etc was purchased to make this house great. Even the wine glasses and coffee mugs matched the feel of the home. (The tooth fairy even left an extra brush, thankfully, as I forgot mine!) I will definitely stay here again and have already recommended this precious home to a friend who will be up there in 3 months!

Elise was an excellent host. We appreciated her quick response, suggestions on restaurants, and the use of her bicycles. Her home is close to everything and so charming and filled with color and art.

What a treasure! Beautifully renovated space with a perfect cooking kitchen and entertaining space ideal for big dinners and cozy movies snuggled up in front of the cute little faux fireplace. Beyond thrilled by the location by the lake and downtown, the perfect space, the wildly comfortable king bed, the gorgeous linens, and the local, stylish decor. Will be booking again!

Recently remodeled, stylish, and well appointed condominium. Kitchen nice and fully stocked. Nice pool, and complex is on the lake with dock for boats. Kayaks and a bike available from owner. Close to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay. Things to consider: It’s a small single bedroom unit. Not a lot of room to spread out so best for a couple. We had our teen daughter and pullout sleeper sofa worked well but takes up most of living area. Being summer we could expand the living space to lovely deck with dining and seating options overlooking pool and view of lake. If it were winter I’d feel a bit confined. Also no air conditioning and while we loved the heat and sun during our stay, the condo gets quite warm. Ceiling fan in bedroom helped greatly but if you’re used to AC be prepared. Sandpoint is great and this was excellent home base to explore. Go to Evans Brothers Coffee on Church Street for your daily caffeine needs. Five minute bike ride away. I think Sweitzer was about a 30 minute (summer) drive. Silverwood water park about 50 minutes.

A wonderful location, right by the lake, easy walk to downtown and great dining / shopping and for our trip super access to Schweitzer where you are on your boards in 20 minutes from the condo. Beautifully decorated, great amenities. Really a wonderful location and look forward to returning for more great skiing!

Really great and stylish condo lakeside in Sandpoint. Awesome location on the water, comfortable bedroom, gorgeous fireplace and huge TV with Netflix and sports/all the channels, in case of rain :) Great pool right off the patio. We had a great time!

Excellent space. Beautifully renovated recently. We enjoyed the amenities such as the pool, bikes, tennis courts and the lake. Location was very close to the public beach and local restaurants and pubs. The owners were extremely kind and accommodating and surprised us with fruit, salmon and a portable air conditioner. There was 4 of us and we fit in the unit just fine.

Terrific little condo. It has everything you might need. Including a washer and dryer. Quiet neighborhood. You will love this place!

Cons- It is advertised that you can relax and watch Netflix and Amazon Prime as these apps are uploaded to the TV; however, this is quite misleading, as in order to use these apps you must have a paid subscription to use either of them. The photos of the beach shown in the advertisement is not the lake/shoreline in which the condo is in close proximity to. The condo is in close proximity to the lake shoreline; however, it is smelly and full of weeds, not something you would swim in. If you want to swim in the lake, there is the City Beach which is quite nice; however, it is not walking distance and you’ll need to drive to it. The condo was not clean. The master bed sheets were covered in hair, there was toothpaste on the bathroom wall, dust covering everything throughout, the inside of the cupboards were dirty, and it doesn’t seem anyone has cleaned under the dining table or couch for a while. The main burner on the stove was intermittent, resulting in creative cooking when the heat would only work intermittently. The bathroom sink drain was non functioning upon our arrival, I had to reinstall the drain linkage to enable us having a functioning bathroom sink during our stay. The wash machine door was extremely difficult to open, as you thought you would almost break it each time. The Vacasa rep online was great in getting back to us timely; however, they advised that they would have maintenance contact us, but they never did. As a result of this poor experience, we are now less likely to use Vacasa again nor recommend to our family and friends; as we’ve had much better experiences with private hosts on AirBnB. Pros- Kitchen was nicely equipped with dinnerware and cookware. Air conditioning worked well. Pools were nice and maintained well. WiFi and the quiet atmosphere were good.

A fine spot for our short winter ski retreat. In town and up to the mountain. Quiet area and easy to reach. Compact though functional- has steps if that is an issue.

What an awesome spot! We loved being at the corner of the Long Bridge and enjoyed being able to cook and relax and be right in the heart of downtown.

Nice condo near downtown Sandpoint and short drive to Schweitzer Mountain. Although small, the space is open with lots of windows. Comfy couch, chair, and bed. Enjoyed the movies/music available. Nice view of frozen lake and long bridge.

We loved our stay at Chris' place! It was warm and welcoming, with all the amenities and close to down town. Checking in was very easy, and Chris was easy to get ahold of with any questions! We will definitely keep this location in mind for the future!

Such a cute little gem tucked right in downtown Sandpoint! My favorite part of this place was definitely the location (we could walk everywhere!) and the adorable redone inside. Additionally, the tenant was wonderful with communication and answered any questions I had. Don't let the look of the outside fool you-this place is a bargain and a cute little gem in Sandpoint. There is no WIFI or TV, but that only amplifies the experience that much more by getting outside, or sitting and conversing by the fire in this cute little bungalow.

Jennifer was a great and very accommodating host. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood yet within just a couple of blocks of just about everything you'd want to get to in Sandpoint.

For the price point you can't beat it. The outside is a little rough but the inside is very clean and comfortable. Would definitely rent this location again. Jennifer herself was very pleasant and helpful to communicate with. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay.

Ann's cottage is wonderful and we highly recommend it for couples or a small family getaway! It is meticulously kept and very well appointed with everything you will need during your stay. It is perfectly located in a charming old town neighborhood with mature trees and close enough to walk to the gorgeous lake or shops and restaurants downtown. Ann was a gracious host and made sure we had a great stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Sandpoint!

We stayed at Ann's cottage from July 10th-17th and had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, just walking distance to downtown. The cottage itself was spotless when we arrived and was stocked with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the deck in the backyard, which was great to sit out on during the warm nights. We would highly recommend the cottage to anyone looking to stay in Sandpoint.

Our family of four including 2 older teens spend our Christmas here and all of us were extremely pleased with Ann’s very recently remodeled cottage. Both of the queen beds were very comfortable. Everything was squeaky clean and well decorated. We loved the amply-stocked kitchen. We found all of the required utensils and spices to prepare several of our favorite meals. The thoughtfulness of the super quiet dishwasher was greatly appreciated. We skied at Schweitzer but this would also be a great place to stay any season as it is close to the Lake. There were many special touches that surprised and delighted us including an assortment of Keurig cups, tea bags and a French press which is always a happy find for those Seattleites that never travel without their favorite grind. We appreciated the generous supply of specialty soaps and lotions.

Wonderful home with all of the amenities. The updating on this beautiful craftsman couldn't have been better. The beds were very comfortable for a great nights sleep. Ann was a gracious host that took time out of her day to answer questions we had about the town. This would be a great property for 2 couples or a small family.

A charming older home that has been refurbished with high end materials and has all the modern conveniences. In a quiet neighborhood with other elegant homes. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and activities. A really great accommodation and Ann has provided for your every need.

Ann's place is a wonderful location to stay and enjoy Sandpoint, ID. There are two comfortable queen beds, a nice bathroom, a beautiful kitchen and comfortable living area. The yard and the neighborhood are beautiful, quiet and relaxing. It's conveniently located just a short walk from downtown and the lake. If you're visiting during the hot summer months, there is no A/C, but it cools off nicely at night if you keep the windows open with a few fans running. And during the day you'll likely be enjoying the lake anyway. I would definitely recommend for a family of three or four or a few friends visiting Sandpoint!

The Loft 311 apartment was amazing! A home away from home. It was very well appointed with all the necessities and was located in a beautifully renovated heritage building in the heart of downtown Sandpoint. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the city beach on Lake Pend-Orielle. Lisa & Joe were excellent hosts. Very easy to communicate with, friendly, knowledgeable of the area, and provided us extras like beach towels, coffee, cream and chocolates! We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Sandpoint.

It was a nice place to stay, a great location and definitely comfortable.

This condo is located in a good location, ~5min walk from downtown (have to cross a major road/highway). The access to a swimming pool is very nice. The condo area is on the water, but not on the lake where there is a view. It is a view of the highway with a bit of water in between. Still nice to be by the water. The condo was very clean, and there was a welcome gift on arrival which was very thoughtful. There is no air conditioning, so if visiting in the summer be prepared for hot. There were multiple fans provided in lieu of AC. All in all it was a good stay in a clean place with easy access to the heart of Sandpoint and a 10min walk to City Beach.

Perfect location that was both near the water and within quick walking distance to most of the restaurants/bars in Sandpoint. Only a 15-20 drive to Schweitzer. Unit management were very responsive to any questions. Highly recommended!

A quiet place as far as neighbors go, but very loud train noise early in the morning and in the evening. Boat moorage is $50/night. No airconditioning. Lots of stairs. Handy to town and amenities. Well stocked but needs maintenance.

The location is great. Right on Lake Pend Oreille. Very walkable to most of downtown Sandpoint. We went at a great time of year (end of August), so temperatures were no problem. The condo does not have air conditioning, but plenty of fans. Amber is a great host!

Great condo, had fun. Located pretty close to the Main street..easy walk. The pools were nice. Amber was a GREAT host. The dock rental is a bit pricey and is not protected by a jetti or breakwater...this became an issue in high winds when my stern dock line broke causing damage to the dock and my boat...the city marina is an extremely short walk and has a (Website hidden by Airbnb) boat will be stored there next time.

We loved this place! So many things within walking distance, and getting groceries was just a walk across the street. It is a cute and homey space. Such a fun place to go with a few married couples, and it fit us all well. We couldn’t find the second king size bed that was mentioned, but we worked it out! The only other suggestion would be some blinds in the master bedroom. We hope to be back!

Laura's house is a charming home in Sandpoint. It served as the perfect home base for our family's visit of Silverwood (approximately 30 min drive). We enjoyed a relaxing 3 night stay, during which we shopped the quaint downtown shops, visited the stunning City Beach, went for a hike, and explored Schweitzer Mtn. The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Extra towels, shampoo, coffee maker, etc. It is a beautiful area and we would definitely not hesitate to stay here again!

This house is spotless! So clean, fluffy white towels for everyone! And so much space for hanging out as a family. It also has a good size yard that is fully fenced in, perfect for kids to run around in. There is also a beautiful front porch with comfy chairs, perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea. We walked to a grocery store, a beach, and plenty of restaurants are close as well!

The inside looked more spacious and modern than the pictures indicated. Kate was very accommodating to us. Plenty of items in the condo saved us from making unnecessary trips to the store. Can’t beat the location and amenities for the price!

The place was nice with great amenities. There's no wifi in the condo but there's so much to do up there it wasn't really an issue. The location is a short walk to all the restaurants and bars so we didn't have to drive anywhere. I would stay there again and recommend it.

We loved our stay at the condo! It was a great value for Sandpoint- located right on the water in the heart of town. It had a swimming pool and many other communal amenities. The condo itself reminded me of a cozy cabin, very comfortable and homey. The condo had everything you needed from fully stacked kitchen, extra bedding, beach towels, toiletries, etc. Thank you Kate for a lovely Memorial Weekend stay!

This is a wonderfully affordable quaint home that is in walking distance to downtown Sandpoint and the city beach. We loved walking to Evan's Brother's coffee in the morning and to the beach. The home has comfy beds and thoughtful extras like lots of towel hooks in the bathroom and a luggage rack. The kitchen has all amenities you will need. A private backyard is great for fires in the chimnea in the evening. This is not a five star hotel but a cozy cottage feel with character details and charm. Travis was great to deal with. We had a wonderful trip for our family of 5 to Sandpoint.

Great place to stay! Adorable house within walking distance to downtown and the beach. I’d definitely stay here again!

We were the first guests of this newly renovated property. The finishes are well done, very comfortable beds, and all the things we would need for our stay - even greeted us with a bottle of wine. Walking distance to town, access to the water, and a pool on site. A definite great value!!

As advertised, awesome clean cottage and great location. We enjoyed our stay and you have everything that Sandpoint has to offer in walking distance. Lovely yard and all the emenities a couple would need for a stay. Gail was a great host and was more than willing to help with any questions we may have had. We will be coming back to visit again!

What a charming place! We walked into town for meals and shopping, barely moving the car once we parked it in the driveway. We will be back most definitely.

Our family of four loved staying in this cute cottage. The location was perfect for walking and biking to shops, restaurants, and the beach, which made our stay so easy. We loved sitting outside on the great deck and playing on the lawn with the kids. Neighbors were all super nice and friendly in this family friendly spot.

This is a great house. It is obvious that Travis put a lot of work and thought into making a great place to stay. It was clean, well-stocked and had a number of little extras like games and ideas of things to do locally. We will look at the availability of this place first when planning future vacations to Sandpoint.

This house is a very nice place, in town and walkable to many places including the lake and the downtown shopping. The description on Airbnb was accurate. The place was clean and well furnished in a modern simple way. The owner is very responsive to questions and concerns and he lives next door.

One of the best places I’ve stayed, and I travel for work. Travis was a great host, who clearly cares a lot about his guests. Very clean, comfortable, and modern. Loved it!

Place was very clean/nice - we had 4 adults and 2 small kids - easy/comfortable fit! Main room overlooks the lake and it is an easy, 5-minute walk to downtown Sandpoint. We also rented a boat slip at the unit from one of the individual owners - Vacasa helped us to coordinate with the condo complex. Would recommend and stay again!

This is a clean, well stocked, tastefully decorated, conveniently located condo. The common grilling area is a bit of a walk, but with so many fun places to eat within walking distance, who wants to cook!

Great location - We walked to everything in Sandpoint and there are plenty of opportunities to walk in the surrounding neighborhoods. Condo worked well for two of use and has everything you'll need.

There is a claw foot tub!!! It's wonderful! There are recliners for TV viewing. We don't have TV so it was fun to recline and watch the Olympics after injuring my leg skiing. The only drawback, I realized after the injury, is that the main bedrooms are up a flight of stairs! There are two beds on the main floor, too, but the queen is upstairs. We loved our stay here. It's also very centrally located.

This beautiful home in Sandpoint exceeded our expectations. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. Mike greeted us when we checked in and gave us a personal tour of the home. The location was PERFECT for our spring ski vacation--both close to town and Schweitzer. But it was also quiet and peaceful. It was a truly enjoyable stay.

What a lovely home! Plenty of space with some terrific modern updates. So close to town but still in a quiet area. We were comfortable the entire time. Jo has gone out of her way to think of everything. Very clean and we felt right at home. We travel to Sandpoint often and this is where we will stay from now on.

Jo was very accommodating. The house was well appointed & furnished with plenty of cooking utensils, dish & glassware. The sheets & towels were superior to hotel linens. A great place to stay, felt like home! Close to all the local hot spots (beach, shops, restaurants, bike & hiking trails)
