Our 250 year old cottage features modern rustic decor, super-fast internet, Smart TV and Sonos sound system. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

The cosy cabin suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children is a 20min walk to town centre along the scenic River Kent or 4min walk to the fantastic Romney’s pub with its fabulous food & fine ales. There is parking available & a private outside decking area. Don’t want to walk ? We are a 30sec walk to the bus stop

The Den - Scandinavian BBQ Cabin - Lake DistrictThe Den is a unique space within the Lake District - a Scandinavian style BBQ cabin. A large BBQ pit in the centre to sit around provides a cosy relaxing evening space, and a place to cook! WiFi, Fridge, Microwave, Kettle & Nespresso. Bedding provided, and a heated blanket! 8 minutes by car to Windermere, 5 minutes to Kendal. Easy access to a bus stop and cycle lane. Dales Way very close by. A camping-type toilet and sink (hot & cold water) next to the cabin. Sorry but no pets.
