My place is close to Chancery Lane, Holbourn and Farington Stations. You’ll love my place because of the location. There are many bars, restaurants around the area and you can walk to Soho, Coven Garden and Oxford Street. LSE is 17 mins walking or 6mins by bus. Check in time preference is evenings during the week after 6pm or any time during weekends. Meet & Greet or self check in can be arranged. The room is 15 square meters and I have added a new bed and mattress for guests comfort.
The Space is clean and comfortable. The room is private but I may need access to it, that and will advise in advance if the washing machine needs to be used during the day only. I don't access it much. You will have a door lock for your convenience.
Great area of Central London to be in, very good transport links, bars, restaurants and walking distance to Convent Garden, Soho, Oxford Street, King Cross. Supermarkets in next to the flat and you can walk to museums.

Newly refurbished en-suite bedroom with private work/study desk and a reasonably strong wifi connection included in the price. There is a safe for confidential documents and personal possessions and shared use of a tea point for drinks. Please be aware that there are no cooking facilities however there are plenty of local cafes, pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. The location is fantastic it is right by the Royal Courts of Justice in "lawyer land" and just by the River Thames.
The private room is located on the second floor walk up above a traditional pub and the entrance is via a pedestrianised walkway
The area is the epitome of old London. The building dates back to 1676 when it was The Grecian Coffee House. it is tucked in between various barristers chambers and public gardens and is a couple minutes walk from the River Thames and just behind Fleet Street, famous for being the home of the capital's newspaper industry. The imposing Royal Courts of Justice are around the corner and the nearest underground stations are Temple and Blackfriars although Covent Garden and the City are within easy walking distance.

Friendly host of big rooms in a no frills, decrepit old lived in a maisonette with character, Clerkenwell, Central London. You'll be sharing either with me on floor 1 or two other long term tenants on floor 2.
This room is for guests who wish to stay for a few weeks or more. If you want a short stay, please look at other rooms we have. You will be sharing the apartment. This is a very big room in an old lived in flat with character in the centre of London - Clerkenwell, The furniture in the room consist of a desk, seating, wardrobe, double bed, etc. Bedding, pillows and towels are provided. The flat is above another flat which is situated above a restaurant. The whole building forms part of unique structure distinguishing it from other properties in the area. The toilet/bathroom window is situated above the Metropolitan tube lines and Brighton train line and a view of St Paul's Cathedral. HOUSE RULES: The rules of the house are simply no noise between 11pm - 9am Sun - Thurs and 12am - 10am Fri - Sat. For example, no parties. It is a working household. Consideration is given when leaving and returning to the flat/room(s). LONDON's a DIN so bring your ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. If you fear that is might be noisy in a Central London then read on. The Pub: No noise from the Betsey Trotwood pub. I think the most it has every been was a slight mumble of some Irish folk singer one Saturday night. They tend to put their bands in the basement. Acoustic on first floor. The flat is on second floor next door so we tend to be alright. Restaurant: No noise. Traffic is noisy but we have additional sound proofing windows which helps a lot. Trains: You hear a rumble through the building as they pass underneath. It is not noisy as such. Myself and others find it very comforting but I can see that it might be an irritation to some people. All in all it is okay. If you choose to live or stay in Central London then some comprises have to be made of course. But of all the places I've lived in London this has been one of my favourites as any pros out way the cons.
Central London is big. We are in the north east of Zone 1 near St Paul's Cathedral not far from where London began nearly 2000 years ago. Within a 10-20 minute walking radius of the flat, you can do a different pub or a different restaurant or different visitor attraction everyday of the year and you would still not have done and seen them all.

An amazing location in the centre of London! This recently refurbished compact 1 bed flat is in Clerkenwell, in easy distance of a dazzling variety of world famous museums, theatres, markets, art galleries and parks as well as some of the best restaurants around. If shopping is your thing, both Covent Garden and Oxford Street are just around the corner. If you are looking for designer clothes, luxury gifts and fashion, Harrods is just a short bus journey.
In the evenings there is no need to pay high cab prices. You can walk to Shaftesbury Avenue and Covent Garden and then walk back unless you have had too much to drink!! Ha ha!!The area is extremely safe and busy you have two secure gates leading into the flat.
If you choose to stay in my flat right, on your door step you will have several restaurants and pubs to choose from, or you can take a 5 minute walk down Rosebery avenue to Exmouth market there you will find several restaurants including 'The Caravan' and the famous 'Moro' restaurant . My flat is also 5 minutes from Hatton gardens which during the week is close to a food market which has delicious street food at low prices. Relatively cheap rents and a central London location make King's Cross attractive to artists and designers, attractions and cultural establishments: a major arts centre, Kings Place, next to the Regent's Canal hosts numerous art, music, live comedy and cultural events throughout the year both Antony Gormley and Thomas Heatherwick have studios in the area The London Sinfonietta and the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment are both based here, alongside the Pangolin Sculpture Gallery; Central St Martins College of Art and Design has taken up residence in the Granary Building, which looks out over Granary Square, a new public space decorated with more than 1,000 coloured fountains the cutting-edge Gagosian Gallery moved its main London premises to King's Cross in 2004. This area has lots of restaurants and places to go and is safe place to explore London you can come back here anytime of day and night and feel perfectly safe. If you had any problem in our street the whole street would wake up. So with this in mind close gate quietly please. Please understand this is not a hotel. We do not have a bell boy for you and I am certainly not him. This is my home. I live here. It has my belongings in it. Security is important as I do not want problems. Just as I advise clients be careful with your phones. Be careful lock my home when you leave. Lock windows in your room when you go out please. The house is situated in a 17th century street full of charm and character which has been featured In various films and tv productions. The Area has loads of history and walking around London from here is very easy. Ok many clients ask for places to eat locally, so here are my favourite recommendations starting from cheapest to more expensive. Pho Vietnamese St. John st. Love the salads here . Wahaca Mexican. St Paul's or Islington. Or soho. Tyabb Aldgate East. Amazing Pakistani food. Do not arrive peak time. So busy. Amazing value sheesh kebab Kimchee Korean. Holborn corner red lion st. Grange on our road. The duck is amazing. Moro exmouth market Spanish with Moroccan edge to it love it New favourite. Hoopers frith st amazing !!!! Sri Lankan food. Try avoid peak times. Two other Chinese Royal china baker st or Bayswater. Chinese in Paddington basin can't remember name train from Farringdon very easy. Moments walk as u come out. Dishroom :great Indian chicken jungle curry. Yum

The flat is walking distance to Chancery Lane, Holborn and Farringdon stations. You will love it because is very well located and you can walk to Oxford Street, LSE is 17 mins walking or 6mins by bus. Coven Garden and Soho area. It's good for couples, friends or solo travelers,I am a friendly and welcoming host and will do my best to welcome you and make you feel home. 2 rooms in the flat only. I am flexible with check in times, but prefer evenings after 6pm on workdays or anytime on weekends.
You will have a large 42" TV, a desk to study or work from, a mini fridge to keep your drinks & food in and make your own tea /coffee. An wardrobe to hung your clothes, hairdryer and extra toilet paper. You will find it very clean and comfortable and I will provide towels, shampoo and shower gel on arrival, if more is needed there is a supermarket 2 mins away. " Free Wi-Fi" and bedroom lock. There is a fan and a Microoven in the room. I have just bought a new bed and mattress to the room to offer more comfort to my guests:)
Walking distance to Soho, Oxford Street and Coven Garden area. Many restaurants, pubs, supermarket and food market around the area. LSE, LSI, kings College and other universities are walking distance from the flat and respectful students are welcome.

Newly refurbished generous en-suite bedroom with private work/study desk and a reasonably strong wifi connection included in the price. There is a safe for confidential documents and personal possessions and shared use of a tea point for drinks. Please be aware that there are no cooking facilities however there are plenty of local cafes, pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. The location is fantastic it is right by the Royal Courts of Justice in "lawyer land" and just by the River Thames.
The private room is located on the first floor walk up above a gastropub which is due to reopen post refurbishment in the Spring of 2019. The entrance is via a pedestrianised walkway
The area is the epitome of old London. The building dates back to 1676 when it was The Grecian Coffee House. it is tucked in between various barristers chambers and public gardens and is a couple minutes walk from the River Thames and just behind Fleet Street, famous for being the home of the capital's newspaper industry. The imposing Royal Courts of Justice are around the corner and the nearest underground stations are Temple and Blackfriars although Covent Garden and the City are within easy walking distance.

Expect tranquillity in this cozy apartment's peaceful yet centrally located home only a short walk from the LSE. A three bedroom flat, boasting the most convenient of locations and great transport connections, you are invited to kick back on comfortable furnishings in wooden floor. Light floods into the big kitchen from the windows and there is a large reception-lobby where you will feel welcome from the first moment you come in.
This is a three bedroom flat is on the 4th Floor of a traditional brick english building. There is no elevator. I live on my own as my girlfriend just moved to NY for a job, but I am rarely at home so guests usually end up having the whole place to themselves which is perfect for business travelers who will stay for a short period and need some peaceful place to stay. If cooking is your thing, feel free to use the kitchen as long as it is cleaned after. There is a Sainsbury downstairs, about 5min away. If you prefer to eat somewhere you can also find plenty of nice restaurants in the area. What everyone love best about my place is the location. With over 5 means of transportation available, u will be spoilt with choices and positively surprised by how quick you can get to all the main tourists attractions and the center of the city. I also got a very comfy bed. Be sure to set 2 or 3 alarms if u have a plane to catch in the morning!
The local area offers a huge array of excellent amenities as the shops, bars and restaurants of Clerkenwell and Bloomsbury are within close proximity.
