Was ihr unternehmen werdet

The class will take place in my very own kitchen, where I bake all my cakes and pasticcini! After a complimentary welcome drink, I will demonstrate the techniques and go over each step for making the perfect choux pastry, revealing all the tips & tricks to get the best results! ​ Together we will make a delicious filling with Chantilly cream, learning also how to flavour it in many ways and with different ingredients. ​ You will then get the chance to develop your creative flair: I will show you how to glaze and decorate choux in different ways and you will have a go at yourself using your fantasy and giving your twist to your own choux! ​ At the end of the workshop, each participant can take everything they have made home, to delight their friends and family!! What's included: ​​ - welcome drink - fun demonstration on how to make the perfect choux pastry - hands on workshop to prepare delicious Chantilly cream to fill the choux - decorative session of your own choux - relaxed and friendly vibes - all facilities , equipment and ingredients are included

After earning a law degree in a renowned Italian university and working as a criminal barrister for few years, I realised that I was not happy with how my life was going on. So I decided to hang up the gown to the wall and don the apron: I wanted to become a professional Pastry Chef! That's why I moved to London, to pursue my true passion and reinvent myself. I first worked as an assistant Head Chocolatier in a luxury chocolate boutique, then as an apprentice Pastry Chef in an awarded French pâtisserie. Then, I decided to improve myself to the very best level and get the prestigious Diplôme de Pâtisserie at the world leading culinary school Le Cordon Bleu, in London. I graduated in December 2017. I then founded DOLCE London, my own fine Italian Pâtisserie, an e-commerce where I sell my handmade Italian pasticcini and offer baking classes
