I'll guide you through a sampler of yoga, mindfulness, breathing exercises, meditation, connecting with nature, and writing designed to calm your body, focus your mind, boost your immune system, and improve your quality of life. Introspection/self-improvement don’t have to be super serious or isolating. There will be plenty of excitement, smiles, and inspirational interaction here!

Yoga, nature, and meditation saved and changed my life. I started my outdoor yoga business, Namaste in Nature, to re-create and share the experiences that helped me find lasting health, healing, and happiness. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, with each other, and with nature via yoga classes, hikes, videos, and retreats.

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, quit a successful yet stressful corporate career, and finally ended a toxic relationship. I traveled to India to complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training, meditated with Buddhist monks in Thailand and Myanmar, and backpacked around the world through the Himalayas, the Alps, and the Andes. When I returned to North Carolina, I completed my advanced 300-hour yoga training at Asheville Yoga Center, where I also teach now.

Miranda was very personal, I enjoyed the mediation, pranyama, yoga and a bit of Yoga Nidra. She shared yoga that challenged and restored me to feeling great giving me a fun and rewarding experience. I enjoyed the journeying as well and working on love affirmations.

Miranda was very friendly. Majority of the session was a yoga practice with a couple meditation questions before and after. Enjoyed the meditation during savasana. Nice way to connect with others during isolation!
