Hi, we are Debora and Fiamma! Mother and daughter, born and raised in Rome, where our family has been lived from generations. This class is your chance to learn some of our special recipes and discover the pasta secrets.
Together we are going to prepare coloured pasta from a scratch, using eggs, beetroot, a four-cheese sauce, and for dessert – a super tasty chocolate cake!
This class is interactive, entertaining and engaging. We promise to create a connection with everyone, share some insides, and the best – we will have a lot of fun together.
Our experience is perfect for any age, but just keep in mind that children under age of 12 should be always accompanied by an adult.
We are looking forward to teach you how to cook like an authentic Romans are doing it – surrounded by homemade food, laughs,and positive vibes!

Fiamma is a sommelier and Debora is cheerful and sociable with a passion for cooking and the history of Rome. She's also a tour guide in the catacombs and the community leader for Airbnb Experiences hosts. Wow! We just finished an evening cooking with Debora and it was wonderful. It was my mother’s 80th and we are all still in lockdown so we had four different homes participating. Debora was and great host, sweet, inclusive and worked at a pace that was perfect for everyone. Honestly, it was a great evening. I highly recommend this experience. It was a breath of fresh air and fun! You won’t regret it. Really.

Chef Debora was super sweet and fun! She really brought the Italian flare into our home kitchen and was so thoughtful in helping to personalize a birthday celebration for us - and of course, the food was very delicious! Highly recommended and will certainly book another class again :)
