You will learn step by step the secrets of our family cuisine, we will proceed to explain the importance of each of the ingredients that we are going to use, what types of guacamoles exist, and what is the difference with our recipe. While we are making guacamole I will tell stories that make´s it so special. Now lets gather the ingredients and sharpen our knives !

Jesus is wonderful! He was warm, friendly, and really helped us feel why his grandmother's recipe was so special. He gave us a couple of useful kitchen hacks, and always went at our pace. Gracias por todo!

Jesus showed us a great guacamole recipe from his grandmother. Fun class and DELICIOUS guac! 4 start tho because it started 30 minutes late because Jesus was having connection issues.

This was a great experience, as a big fan of guacamole, I thought I had seen all of the different recipes and mixtures and Jesus brought a whole new take on guacamole and the flavor combinations are amazing. Jesus did a great job of sharing insights from his grandmother's recipe.
