I will teach you how prepare some of your favorite dishes from italian cuisine. While cooking I will also talk about nutrition facts (proteins, carbohidrates, sugar.....)and how creating balanced meals. I will tell you what's important for your health, what's better to avoid and how to combine foods. You will be cooking with me and at the end of the class you will eat what you created with me. During the lesson you will learn how to do:
- fresh hand made pasta (we will eat tagliatelle al ragù, but I will show you how to make Ravioli, tortelli and tortellini, bow ties, casoncelli, garganelli, tagliolini and pappardelle)
- ragu' (meat sauce bolognese style)
- spaghetti alla carbonara
- another sauce (and pasta) ...according to the season or your desire.
menu can be change according to your exigences (veggie, no pork , no seafood...).

During the class I will offer you coffee, water and good - unlimited - italian wine (red and white)
