Let me show you why New Orleans food is the best. Join us for one of our exclusive Hands-On cooking classes in The Southern Food and Beverage Museum, located in the CBD. Wine is served throughout class. In our Roux class you will prepare a Chicken and Andouille Sausage Gumbo, Shrimp Etouffee and Bananas Foster.

Was wir unternehmen werden

When you arrive at The Southern Food and Beverage Museum, take a few minutes to tour the Museum. Once we all get settled in, we will wash our hands and put on our aprons. Prep work first, chopping Bell Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Chicken and Andouille Sausage. After all the chopping, knives are put away and the wine starts to flow. This experience is completely Hands On, you will do all the prep work, cooking and eating. The class is taught by a certified Chef. Recipes will be emailed to you after class.
