Was ihr unternehmen werdet
Join us to discover Bangkok’s hidden alleys and sample amazing street food by bicycle. We'll explore together the narrow alleys of old Bangkok that we've discovered while cycling, on a beautiful "tokyobike"—a classic and stylish urban bicycle. We will also stop and eat at some of my favorite street vendors, where you will not find any other tourists eating.

Chuta has expert knowledge of both the history and places in Bangkok. We rode through alleys it would never have occurred to us to go through and got to try food from a few of the less touristy eateries. The tour was fun and educational, and the team looked after us well and were very accommodating during a couple of unplanned incidents. Highly recommended!

Chuta is an amazing person to chat with - his knowledge in countless areas & living experiences around the globe make him an artist of his own kind - whatever u ask there will be a decent answer / his own spicy opinion.
We had some nice local food in town as well.
His bikes deserve another review - operating a local bike shop & customs studio the guy knows how the Citybike should look like. And he rides one too ;)

Chuta: excellent guide, has been around the world, so he speaks to Thai history and architecture through a global lens.
Bikes and Safety: the bikes are well made and maintained. They require you to wear a helmet and do a safety briefing before the ride. If you're worried about cycling on Bangkok streets like I was, don't be worried.
Route: not fixed, but you see Bangkok old(ish) and new. Pace was just right, not rushed, and the scenery varied.
Food and Snacks: we visited some street stalls and a local restaurant. Everything was delicious, little was recognisable to a Canadian familiar with Thai restaurants in Canada.
All in all, an excellent experience a cut above other cycle tours offered in Bangkok. You'll feel like you're out for a ride with a couple of pals rather than a packaged tour experience.

This was a fun ride throughout the city at night on really cool Tokyobikes (which I now want to buy for myself!) The best part was being able to see some of the temple grounds at night when they are lit up. We rode approximately 13-15 miles (per my GPS watch, but there were a few times I forgot to stop/start it). For dinner, we went to a Chinese influenced Thai hole-in-the-wall restaurant, which was good - however, based on the description of the experience I thought that we would go to a "market" type area where we would be able to try from a number of different stalls and have a variety of foods. Also, at the end of the ride - the store was out of craft beer so we all got a Leo/Chiang beer, so that was a bit disappointing. When traveling, you have to roll with the punches, though! All in all it was a good trip and I would recommend it. Chuthy was a great and knowledgeable host who know a lot about the Bangkok architecture and recommendations for other parts of our trip!

Night riding is always fun especially if you get to do it on bikes as nice as tokyobikes! The evening was a pretty interesting experience, though as one of the other reviewers pointed out this wasn't a food tour at all. The tour was on a Monday so a lot of places were closed and the one place we stopped for dinner was pretty much straight-up Chinese food. Architecture-wise, seeing the temple at night was definitely a highlight as was learning about some of the architectural history in Bangkok.
