Turkish Mezzes / Main Dish cooking class
Two kinds of cooking classes are offered. You can specify your choice by contacting me once you booked.
1- Turkish mezzes cooking class; Turkish cuisine is particularly famous for its wide selection of appetizers and starters, usually accompanied by wine and Turkish rakı, an anise-flavored, similar to ouzo.
2- Turkish main dish cooking class; A great variety of mouth watering dishes, which is mostly the heritage of Ottoman cuisine. It is the mixture and refinement of Central Asian, Middle Eastern and Balkan cuisines. Therefore it is impossible to fit Turkish cuisine into a short list.
When we meet, after a short chat, we start to prepare and cook, with a nice music background, perfect timing included. Classes are never based on a same listing; I just shop on the experience day for fresh and seasonal ingredients. We finish by setting the table, eating and enjoying what we've cooked and drinking.
