This home is ideal for the indulgent family or group of friends looking for the city stay in one of Dubai’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Located in the heart of City Walk, this home is a stone’s throw from the major attractions of the neighborhood.
The design scheme has a Cosmopolitan approach to accent the grand scheme of the home. Without the coldness of most loft style apartments, comfort is at the focus. Contrasting materials come together to inspire a feeling of belonging that is signature to the design team behind it all. 
The living space opens into the dining and kitchen to create a large communal area where most of the action goes down. Blonde wood flooring adds warmth throughout the space. A small guest bathroom and fully equipped laundry room are at the entrance. The defining feature of the living space is a large floor to ceiling windows that boast views of Burj Khalifa and the occasional star gaze. Abstract artworks and vintage prints compliment the soft fabrics and wood furniture. The dining table is fit for a midsummer night's dream level dinner. 
The modern kitchen is fitted out with major appliances and sleek countertops. Open plan in structure, the fully accessorized kitchen is equipped for an elaborate cooking session. A classic Nespresso Machine lives here with complimentary capsules that come with every check in. Additional seating is at the kitchen countertop that doubles as a bar. The main entertainment area is just off the dining area with a massive L shape sofa. A flat screen 55-inch smart tv and sound bar promise a memorable night in with the pre-programmed Netflix for our Guests. 
On the ground floor is a cozy bedroom with an ensuite bathroom for the guest who wants to be close to the action.
Up the wood and glass staircase one finds two modern bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom is of eclectic design with textured headboards, a print dyed armchair, and small work station for the work/play balance. The queen size bed faces a smart TV placed to enjoy a movie before bed. Floor to ceiling windows overlook the main City Walk boulevard and views of Dubai. The bathroom is a minimal stand in shower. The second bedroom is just off the first with a more classic take on design - also with a queen size bed. A small balcony can be opened during cooler seasons. All linens are 400 thread count Egyptian Cotton that are freshly laundered pre-arrival. Fluffy towels are in abundance. Acqua Di Parma also makes a guest appearance from Parma Italy as an added luxury.
