Airbnb Appoints Jonathan Mildenhall as Chief Marketing Officer
SAN FRANCISCO—May 6, 2014—Airbnb, the world's leading community driven hospitality company, today announced that Jonathan Mildenhall, SVP of Integrated Marketing Communication and Design Excellence at The Coca-Cola Company, will be joining Airbnb as Chief Marketing Officer, reporting to CEO Brian Chesky.

Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, Jonathan spent 15 years in the advertising industry working on global accounts such as Audi, Smirnoff and Playstation. Jonathan will take over from Amy Curtis McIntyre who joined Airbnb in 2013 as interim CMO following executive roles at JetBlue, Old Navy and Hyatt Hotels. Amy will be leaving Airbnb as planned on June 1 following a transition with Jonathan, when she will head off to travel with her family and explore one of her true passions, writing.
