A spacious (57m2 or 614 ft2) fully furnished condo-hotel room we own in the Appi Grand Villa 3. Two single beds in the main room and 3 futons (Japanese futon style mattresses) + a kotatsu and a TV in a Japanese tatami room. A dining room with a table and 6 chairs, an electric pot (to supply hot water), a phone, and a fridge. Equipped with heater/air conditioner, a full size bath, and a powder room. Full hotel service; the room is cleaned with towel and linen changes daily. Amenity including tea bags, cups, chop sticks, bath towels, towels, tooth blushes/pastes, soap, shampoo, yukatas, slippers, hair bands, razors, a hair dryer etc.
All Appi Resort Hotels are condo-hotels, and each room is individually owned. The guests invited by the owners can enjoy the same full hotel service. The Appi Grand Villa 3 is a deluxe and spacious Japanese-Western style condo-hotel. The hotel has 2 restaurants, a large Japanese public bath area with sauna, Salomon Station (ski & snowboard rental), a discount lift ticket shop, a lounge, washers/dryers, microwave (basement), courier service, and shops. Unlimited free WiFi is available in the lobby and all rooms.

Please book and let us know the following information at least 10 days prior to check-in. Please let us know your full name, gender, mailing address, phone number, and the number of guests (the number of guests can be changed later). We will email you (or fax) a copy of the booking confirmation. Please print out the confirmation and show to the hotel reception staff, or let them know your name and the room number to receive the room key (we do not live on site).

The fee is per room per night not per person. Our room fare does not include breakfast. Lift/gondola operations may be altered or suspended due to weather conditions, lack of snow, or technical failure etc. No refunds, re-booking, or cancellations will be issued under these circumstances.
Rebooking & Cancellation:
Rebooking fee: In the event of rebookings by the traveler, additional fare amount (fare differences) and the following change fees may apply.
2000 JPY until 2 weeks prior to check-in.
3000 JPY until 1 week prior to check-in.
4000 JPY until 3 days prior to check-in.
No refunds are available in case the fare of the new itinerary is lower than the original one.
Cancellation policy: 7 days (1 week) prior to check-in for a 50% refund.
No pets allowed. There will be no extra charge at checkout unless you use the telephone in the room or damage the equipment.
