Keys must be collected from our office at Sliska 3, Office 170 - it is just behind the Intercontinental Hotel on Emili Plater. The entrance is a side door next to a hair salon (not the main door at the front). Press 170 and come to the first floor.

If you need to check in after 8pm, please contact us first before confirming the booking. Late check-in after 8pm is possible but subject to a 50PLN surcharge.

Unfortunately if any guests violates this rule based upon neighbour complaints, they will be liable to cover the cost of this fine. As we do not ask for a security deposit, you accept upon booking, that in such circumstances we will claim against the Airbnb Host Guarantee program and you ill be liable to reimburse Airbnb accordingly.
Whilst we will clean the apartment after each guest, we expect the condition to be reasonable tidy and clean upon departure. Please treat this apartment as you would your own home! Strictly no smoking, strictly no parties.

Monika's Husband Adrian took care of us and we are very happy about our stay. The Apartment has everything we needed and it was easy to communicate with Adrian. It is perfectly located, just a short walk from the central station. We would definately recommend it!

Monika and her husband were great hosts and made us feel very welcome in the city. They even provided us with some welcoming bread! We enjoyed staying at this wonderfully equipped apartment with a marvelous view a lot! Thanks for making this stay so pleasant!

Flat has a great location and the view is really nice (13th floor). It might be a bit noisy from the main street for some people, but if you choose to stay in the city center you sign for this. I love the district, deco in the flat and easy check in and check out.

Don't let the nice pictures fool you. They were taken by a professional. The place is a better ad for IKEA than somewhere to actually live. Apartment is seriously small and outrageously overpriced. Locally this apartment would run maybe $700 per month at best, on airbnb $1050 per month. You over pay a lot and without any good reason. The kitchen is tiny. There's a fridge the size of an ice box. The sink is in the corner and water goes right on the floor over the counter if you turn it on too high. Bathroom is also small with a leaking washing machine. I noticed someone before me complain about no mattress on the bed and the host replied that it was fixed. That was a lie. I found a piece of foam on which I was falling through and felt every piece of wood underneath keeping it up. The apartment is so bright at night from all the outside lights that you can read without any extra lights on. I complained and they did come to do a cheap fix job. Bought an oversized cheap mattress so now I could either have my head or my feet a few inches higher on one side. They put some blinds in but did such a bad job that some fall when you try to open or close them. I was told to appreciate that they did anything. Some of the outlets don't work. I was told by the host that they don't own it so if I feel like it I should call the electric company. Not even sure how to comment on that. Its ran by a management company so you will talk to different people each time. At one point one of the big shots came and said he'll fix it all (this was a week before I was about to leave). The next day some workers come in look around and said yeah we'll get it done after you leave. You're also going to smell your neighbors. They're extremely heavy smokers... the hallway reeks and it seeps into your apartment. I did stay at other condos in the area over the years and any one of them is a better deal than this here apartment.

We have hosted more than 30 bookings in this apartment and this review is completely inconsistent with the others. Of course the pictures are taken by a professional (this is even recommended by Airbnb who provide their own photographer) but the apartment is exactly as per the photos. No photo-shopping and nothing removed from the apartment after the photos were taken. The price is consistent with other similar apartments on Airbnb in this very central location and in fact much cheaper than nearby hotels like the Radisson or Westin, and much cheaper on Airbnb than on other websites. Short term rentals generally have a minimum of one or two night stays so by definition would cost more for one month compared to a permanent apartment. Moreover, what this reviewer is not aware of is that when you rent long term apartments on other websites in Warsaw, you also have to pay one month security deposit, one month in advance, utility bills, administration costs and other charges which are never included in the quoted price, and this increases the price a lot. With our apartment these charges are all included. The only additional charge is the cleaning and security deposit. For guests staying more than one week, we also provide a complimentary cleaning service every week. The kitchen is accurately represented in the pictures. The fridge is a standard size with four internal shelves and shelf space on the inside of the door as well, and also a freezer compartment. The sink has not had any previous complaints either and of course if you turn the tap on to full, some water might splash over the surface - just like with any sink?? Bathroom is also accurately displayed in the picture. The guest notified us of a leak in the washing machine and when we came to inspect it, we told him it was a bigger job than we expected and that a plumber would need to come the next day. It was towards the end of his stay and he said it was ok and that we could fix it when he left. So this comment is untrue. The mattress on the bed was changed upon arrival and actually in reference to the other guest review, that one was written AFTER we replaced it for this guest. When we replaced it we also asked if it was ok and he said it was. The name of the apartment is "Bright Apartment by Rondo ONZ" which is an accurate description. Despite that, this reviewer complained that the apartment was bright?! Nonetheless, we installed standard blinds instantly upon demand which are fitted throughout most of our apartments and nowhere else have guests had a problem with them (including one guest in another unit who has been there for 4 months and often sleeps in the day due to his work pattern). The statement about the outlets is also untrue. Why would we tell this reviewer to call the electricity company when he doesn't speak Polish? We told him that WE would call the electricity company. Yes we are a management company that helps apartment owners effectively manage their short term rentals. This reviewer spoke to 2 different staff members during our stay. How do we know? Because at the time we only had 2 members of staff. We provided a complimentary cleaning service every week including change of sheets and towels. Each week we also came to ask him how things were. This review was left by a very demanding guest and is entirely inconsistent with the other 30+ reviews we have had in this apartment alone, most of which are 5-star. It is also inconsistent with the comments from any of the other 300+ happy guests we have had at other units. Anyone who stays here or at any of our other apartments will get a warm and hospitable welcome. We are very responsive and open to guest requests because our primary concern is the comfort and well-being of our guests. If you have read this review, please also read all the other reviews we received at this and other apartments, and decide for yourself which review to believe.
