The top floor consists of a hallway, study, living room / bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and a single bed, bathroom w / WC + Jacuzzi and large terrace. All rooms have bright walls and it is used down-lights in most rooms. The apartment has its own electric water heater has therefore always guaranteed hot water.
The apartment was completed in December 2005 and is based on the EU norm. Refurbished in January 2015. The apartment has stunning sea views looking towards Olba, the eastern beach and the castle in Alanya. One can see from the terrace when the cruise boats come to Alanya harbor. From the terraces one can also see the Taurus Mountains behind. One also has a good overview of 2 communal swimming pools (a large pool of 16 meters long and a small baby pool). You will have to pay for the use of electricity. The apartment buildings caretaker will check the electricity before and after your rent period. The payment of electricity will be handled through airanb . If you don’t use the air-conditions the electricity per week is about 5 – 15 euro per week.
