Checking in is easy with flexible arrival... I had a bit of trouble with the lockbox, but it was resolved after a couple of attempts. It was great to have parking close by and included. We found everything we needed (expect a dish washing cloth) including great toiletries, beautiful bath towels, and I wanted to talk the super comfortable bed home. Beautiful decor and a great place to relax at the end of the day.

This is a wonderful place! Where to begin? It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, tasteful and interesting décor (love the stone walls!), perfect location, very safe building and neighborhood, quiet street, amazing roof top patio, it is really a gem! Annie was great - she greeted us and gave us the best introductory tour of an apartment we have ever received. She is very friendly and thorough and we really enjoyed talking with her. Parking is included, very conveniently across the street, and never an issue. The apartment is well stocked with kitchen and dining items and there were more than adequate sheets, towels etc., plus there are a washer and dryer in the apt. It comfortably slept a family of three with the bedroom and fold out couch and could easily accommodate another person. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Enough cannot be said about the location - a very pleasant stroll to the Place Royal through beautiful streets - and there are a few ways nearby to easily get to the upper town. The roof top patio access provides a fantastic 360 degree view and makes this a one of a kind stay. This property was truly a delight and we cannot recommend it more highly!

This place is really nice and very close to the old market and ports. It is also 10 minutes walking to the old city. Checking in is fairly easy, just make sure you contact Louise and Kristelle a day or two before you arrive for instructions. Parking is directly across the street. The only problem we had was that the Internet was not working while we were there. Other than that, this place is outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family, and would stay in their listings again if I am back in Quebec City.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. It is very clean and modern, and it is in an excellent location in the old city near lots of good restaurants. The parking is across the street, which is very convenient. The check in was also easy. I would highly recommend.
