This is a single room but can be made into a twin at £10 for extra person..bright and quiet. A short walk to beachfront/ RESTAURANTS and shops.
Clacton mainline station to Liverpool street 5 mins walk from house.

Check in is strictly after 2pm. If you arrive earlier you can drop off your luggage no problem.
Checking out is anytime to 11am.
The main front door will be locked at Midnight in respect to other guests staying at the property.
Check in is after 4pm...but if you need earlier access please contact me.
For guests needing parking..arriving after 4pm gives you more oppotunity to secure parking until 11am next day in the street .
Lock-in' will be normally 12midnight, exceptions can be made !Of course I hope you will have a enjoyable stay.
In respect and consideration of other house users would be appreciated no loud Tv or music after 11pm.
Kindly clean up and put away own dishes. Generally keep your room, personal space and communal areas clean and tidy. That's all for now!
Oh I do like to live beside the seaside! Yes, and I'd love to share that vision and experience with guests who'd book to stay in my house.
I'm a semi-retired nurse and love travelling in my motorhome around Europe. I enjoy animals and have just written a book about a Spanish rescue dog called Milly-lilly who you may meet during your stay.
I share the house with my Irish friend Monica who is a retired nurse ,mother and grandmother... and traveling companion. We love musicals, theatre ,concerts and eating out and once owned and managed a Care home in Bexhill on sea.
Our favourite place is Venice this far.
We recently bought 9 The Grove and have re- furbished this large house with a vision of providing a semi-communal space for travellers to feel comfortable, relaxed and 'at home'. The bedrooms x 3 are on the first floor, not only do you have your own room but access to a f/f modern kitchen and diner where you can prepare, cook and eat your snack or meal.
We are used to sharing our home and enjoy the company of travellers from all over the globe and now we live on the ground floor we are always open and welcoming of guests during their stay.
