This is a cosy and handy appartment located in the best spot of Chalkida, on the seaside. Ideal for those who want to explore the city on feet, or want to have a base point to explore Evia, Delphi, Ritsona and the mainland of Greece.
This is a small appartment located few meters away from the coast, making it both central and quiet. It is quite convenient for a couple (and child), quite convenient with transportation, and gives you the opportunity to explore the city on feet.

I am quite welcome as a person, and very eager to show you around the city. I will be available for help, company and suggestions during our stay.
The neighbourhood is quiet, and in 2-3 min walking distance you can reach the main commercial street of Chalkida, as well as the coast with the beautiful landmark of the city "Kokkino Spiti" (Red House) and the beach of Souvala. Cafes, bars and restaurants are all located up to 5min from the house.
Chalkida can be reached from the airport of Athens by car, train or bus in 1 - 2 hrs depending on the choice. Inside the city, there is not much need for transportation means, but it I suggest you to rent a car some of the days if you plan to explore Evia further.
Everybody is welcome, smoking is not prohibited and I love pets.
Wenn du bis zu 5 Tage vor deinem Aufenthalt stornierst, erhältst du eine volle Rückerstattung, inklusive Service-Gebühren.

I am an undergraduate student in Product and Systems Design Engineering. That's what occupies most of my time.
I like travelling myself, and I have lived and travelled around several countries in Europe and around(that stands for Turkey alone). 'Each year go to at least one new place', is a moto I embrace!
I am fond of cooking and you will find in the kitcen a big variety of spices and herbs to experiment with if you are keen on it. I cook kind of ethnic style(mostly of mediterranean influence) but I also posess a mom-training certificate to the traditions of greek cooking;-)
I host and invite friends as often as possible, so my house is comfortable for social occasions such as food sharing, relaxing over a tea or coffee and collaborative studying/working. I really enjoy being a host of people(even when I meet them for the first time), show them around the island and share experiences! I especially like going for swimming in various beaches across the island, path trekking and collecting of herbs.
