Welcome! Thanks for checking my listing!
Near Paulista Avenue (the heart of the city). Very nice area. Easy transportation to everywhere.
The bedroom has a double sized comfortable bed and the apartment is on the 4th. Floor (there’s a little balcony). It has 1 bathroom, a very charming living room and a kitchen with all amenities. Everything kept always clean. Sheets and towels provided. The building has doormen 24 hours a day and a small swimming pool.
We're a 10-20 minutes by feet from anything you may need. Close to 2 different subway stations (Brigadeiro and Trianon-MASP). We're also just some half an hour away from Ibirapuera Park (SP largest), making getting away from the concrete quite easy.
I am a single man in my early forties and I have worked in SP for over 10 years as a theatre program adviser in a very important Brazilian cultural center called SESC ((URL HIDDEN) So, I have always got good tips about SP cultural life, which is, undoubtedly, the country's best.
The apartment is located in the Bela Vista neighborhood. This is one of the most traditional Italian places here, with a large number of restaurants and bars. On Sundays, one of the oldest city Flea Markets takes place just around the corner. You'll have Paulista Av. and all its attractions nearby.
For those who need, there’s a gym 10 minutes walking distance, available for guests 24 hours a day (an extra payment is necessary). And I've got a bike I can lend, if you promise to be carefull.

A shy, reliable, optimistic and honest person who loves arts. I am 40 years old, born and raised in SP. I used to be an actor, but now I have been working as a cultural adviser. I miss the beach and I like to be with my friends as much as possible. If I lived in a bigger place, I would have a tree, a dog, a cat, a duck, a turtle and a monkey. My dream when I was younger was to become an astronaut.
