OUTSIDE - There is a lovely patio area to the front of the cottage with table and chairs overlooking the river.
At the rear of the cottage is a private courtyard with outside store housing the washing machine and drier.
For people biking on the Tarka Trail, there is room to store bikes safely, though they will not be undercover.

Over the summer, I have had a couple of guests trying to enter no. 3 Bull Hill. This property is not a holiday let!.
Please make sure you continue to the end of Bull Hill and down the steps where Kingsley Terrace runs to your left overlooking the river. Please see my notes on directions. Thank you.
PARKING: There is short stay parking on New Road alongside the river at a cost of £2 per two hours and long stay on Honestone Street at the Pannier Market, (EX39 2DJ) at a cost of £16 per week a five minute walk.
There is a Tourist Permit available to purchase for seven consecutive days for use in the Torridge car parks (except Northam Burrows) at a cost of £20 for the week.
Free 2 hours parking on Buttgarden Street (EX39 2AU) between the hours of 8 am to 6 pm.
The propety does not have vehicular access.
There are steps up to Kingsley Terrace if approached from New Road and steps up to the front door, so may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The property can be approached from the rear off Bull Hill for unloading where there are only five steps down to the Terrace.
One small dog welcome, but must not be left on its own.
Please respect the departure time of 10 am as we have to get the cottage ready for new visitors. If you would like to arrive earlier or stay later, please ask, as I am flexible if I do not have any other bookings.
