My two bedroom apartment is a 15-20 minute walk/5-10minute bike ride to the Memorial Union on the UC Davis campus and only 3-5 blocks from the food Co-op and everything downtown: cafes, galleries, book stores, banks, etc.
My place is quiet, comfortable and very affordable.
A large affordable bedroom with a private vanity and desk area, close to downtown and campus. The limited use of a small fully stocked kitchen can be arranged.

Weitere wichtige Infos
The apartment complex has a small courtyard with tables and chairs for reading and working outside. The neighbors are friendly and the complex has on-site laundry. The star attraction at Woodside is a close proximity to everything downtown and campus, which puts you within a short walk or bike ride to both. It is important to remember that the campus is quite large and your destination may be 20+ minutes away by bike.
The Davis Co-op is also just 3 blocks away and offers everything you might need during your stay including a variety of local and organic products. Light kitchen use may also be arranged. The train station is also close, approx. 8 blocks away. Thanks for taking the time to read this and I look forward to seeing you in Davis soon!
Not a party house. The room is well suited for under grad/graduate students, visiting researchers and post docs seeking a quiet place close to campus to focus on academics. Visiting friends, alumni, and parents have also stayed and love the close proximity to campus and downtown.
Please respect shared bathroom and kitchen space by cleaning up as needed. Light kitchen use can be arranged with permission, but no cooking or food prep in the bedroom and no smoking inside the apartment.
A brief reminder for out of state/country visitors to California, we are in a drought, so please be mindful of water use. I also limit my own use of electricity (turning off lights, unplugging things not in use) and I ask guests to be mindful as well. Think globally act locally :)
Weekday quiet time begins at 10pm and weekend 11:30pm- after these times please use headphones.
Saturday night may include SNL, which means the tv may be on until 1am. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
