The apartment has a comfortable living room and dining area, a well sized balcony, two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one full bathroom, a guest toilet, a utility room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The building has very good access to Sheikh Zayed Road, shopping malls, retails shops and a chain of restaurants at 'The Walk.’ Building facilities include a swimming pool and parking space. The rent is inclusive of all utility bills such as water, electricity, air conditioning, internet and TV cable.

In accordance to Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying within holiday homes premises as specified by Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the “Tourism Dirham Fee" for each night of occupancy of a room. 20 AED per night will be collected upon check-in by a member of our team.

Passport copies of all occupants must be sent to us via email 24 hours prior to arrival.

We stayed with our children and the apartment was a good size and the cleaners did a good job. The location is good, right next to The Walk. The noise level in the apartment was ok except on the weekends when there was music from the restaurant below but it all stopped before midnight. Overall, not too bad. This is not an owners personal apartment. It is an investment and managed by a 3rd party. We had no contact and could not have any contact with the owner. It wasn't allowed. The furniture is fine and there was lots of storage , but it lacks utensils, dishes, glasses etc. we actually had to go out and buy plastic spoons, etc ( from a local party store) because there wasn't enough for 1 meal. We were lucky because we use to live in Dubai, so friends lent us lots of household equipment to make our stay comfortable. The biggest problem is with Better Homes( the agent). We confirmed a meeting/ handover appointment at 13:45 to check out. No one showed up. I rang the 2 numbers and no one answered. 45 minutes later I finally got hold of someone and he couldn't make it before 15:00. He advised us to leave the apartment open and leave the keys inside. We waited one hour after our appointment time and then had to leave to the airport or we would miss our flight. I wrote a few hours later to see if everything was ok. We did not get a message back until 4 days later Then they are trying to charge us for missing teaspoons, tumbler? And a number of other items. The agent didn't see all the bright pink plastic spoons we had to buy because there was hardly any????They even tried to charge us for a first aid kit. Not that we used it, it was totally missing. Firstly we didn't notice one in the apartment and secondly why would we take it when we already had excess luggage. There was no handover checklist when we checked in and none when we checked out. Now that we are outside the country they are trying to take advantage of us through fraud and dishonest methods to pay for things to restock the apartment. If they had have been there at check out we could have proven we took nothing. Also we can not be held responsible for what happens to the apartment when we left. Overall the apartment is fine in a good location but you have to deal with an agent that has no personal interest in the apartment or in your stay

In short we experienced excellent service, stayed in a location with poor to even very poor attention to furniture, fixtures and supplies with the sole goal of revenue maximization. The first place we ever rented through AirBnb was a “real” home in Spain. The owners/hosts were very friendly and helpful. There was a welcome pack in the fridge, which we really appreciated since we arrived late with small children. The family showed us around the house which had all the basics there for us to use like cooking oil, salt, pepper, detergent, coffee, dishwasher tablets and the like. We have since learned that at there are a lot of properties at the other end of the spectrum, pure investment properties done up for rental with little or no character and minimal monies spent to provide a home. This particular property is in our opinion far out on the investment property scale. There was for instance exactly 6 knifes, 6 forks and 6 spoons so for us trying to do three meals with four people it almost always involved washing up. We missed a number of basic cooking utensils and there was of course nothing in the way of basics for cooking like salt, pepper, oil or detergents for the dishwasher and the washing machine. Not even a dish brush or a Wettex towel. Our contact person was however great! She was very responsive and stuck by her promise. The issues reported where always dealt with rapidly. We quickly discovered that we needed to shut the kitchen door to limit the noise from the dish washer, but it did not close. The team came quickly the next day and fixed it along with the kitchen fan which was hanging a bit loose from the wall. Surely nothing dramatic, but we did not wish to use it in case it would become more lose or even fall off. The fixing of the fan did not however do the trick since the kitchen odor was merely transported from the kitchen to one of the bedrooms. The TV was great but when we turned it on the for the first time we did not manage to get any sound out of it. We obviously felt a bit stupid assuming we were unable to operate a simple remote. It turned out that the remote pro sent by the caretakers the next day needed 30 minutes to get it going. Not a big thing, but it would have made more sense if this had been attended to prior to us getting there saving us having to reach out for help and staying in the flat waiting for people to attend to it. Another very minor thing that created a fair amount of frustration was that the shower curtain kept falling down. It was not from our kids pulling at it aggressively but by a gentle movement in the curtain. The rod and curtain fell on us at varying times creating a mild but raising frustration. We...

We chose this apartment for 1 week stay for a group of 3. It is specious and looks exactly as on the pics. The location is just perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. The host representative (Anna) is very nice and was waiting for us till 4 am for check in (thank you, Anna, for that!). We will definitely consider this apartment for our future trips to Dubai. For those considering this apartment please bear in mind that if you are staying for less than 7 days, the apartment is not cleaned during your stay, only after you check out.

Beautyfull apartment in excellent position. Everything was ok and when I ll back to Dubai Marina I ll be there again
