Modern and spacious three-bedroom apartment located close to Glasgow University, Byres Road and Great Western Road. The property features an open plan living area with high ceilings and tall windows, with plenty of seating and dining space.

The apartment is located on the first floor with excellent vantage points for outside viewing. The property has high ceilings and tall windows providing plenty of natural light.

There are two comfortable sofas, one which converts to a double sofa-bed. The traditional dining table has six chairs plus two spares and is perfect for hosting all the family. The apartment also includes complimentary wifi.

The kitchen is of a high standard, contemporary and with fully integrated appliances including fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and electric oven, plus a microwave for convenience. All accessories you would require during your stay can be found in the cupboards. The apartment has a washing machine also.

There are three bright, modern double bedrooms, each furnished to a high standard. The master bedroom has a luxury en-suite shower room. The main bathroom is also modern with a bath and shower over. The apartment has gas central heating providing fast heat and hot water throughout the apartment.

Guests can use the full apartment for themselves only.
Guests can check-in until 8pm.
Check-in from 8pm - 10pm - £20, from 10pm - 12pm - £30 (on arrival)

We have a central office in Glasgow city centre where we are available from 10am - 5pm Monday - Friday. We also provide guests with two emergency / out of hours contact numbers in case they have any problems during their stay.

This apartment is situated in a fantastic part of Glasgow's famous 'West End'. The location is suitable for families, friends or business travellers. Belmont Apartment is situated just 100m from Great Western Road and provides quick access to the West End; a popular tourist district of cafes, tea rooms, bars, boutiques, hotels, and restaurants in the hinterland of Kelvingrove Park. The apartment is within 10 minutes walking distance of Glasgow University and The Botanical Gardens. The main city centre is easily accessed by Kelvinbridge underground station or bus from Great Western Road. Alternatively a pleasant walk through Kelvingrove Park is the scenic route to the city.

The West End is also home to the Kelvingrove Art Gallery, Kelvin Hall International Sports Arena, Henry Wood Hall (home of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra) and the Museum of Transport. The West End Festival, one of Glasgow's largest festivals, is held annually in June.

The property is around 5 minutes walk from the nearest underground station which is Kelvinbridge, this links directly to other areas of the West End as well as Glasgow City Centre, reaching Glasgow in less than 10 minutes.
