This property is managed by Amelia Island Vacations. The house is newly renovated and very clean. This is a true duplex (2 units) property with one 2-bedroom upstairs and one 2-bedroom downstairs. There are stairs on the outside of the front and also the back of the building that connect the units. It does not have stairs inside of the building. It is calm and quiet with amazing views of the ocean. There are many activities nearby.

Guests can rent the entire home or each unit separately. There is private entry access for the bottom and top units for privacy. If the entire home is rented for a large group there are two stairways that connect the units in the front and the back outside of the home. Maximum number of people permitted in home is 10. Guests will be charged an additional fee or be asked to leave the property if more than 10 people stay onsite without prior authorization at time of booking. Should you require wheelchair access, you must provide this information before booking reservation to ensure we can arrange a small ramp for the downstairs unit. Doors inside home may not be wheelchair accessible width and we would need to discuss requirements of handicap person. We will do our best to accomodate and provide comfortable access but any additional items required (eg. ramps, etc.) will be paid by the guest.

The property is professionally managed by Amelia Island Vacations and our office is 5 minutes away at The Elizabeth Pointe Lodge hotel. Guests have 24-hour service with the front desk in case of any emergencies. Guests can also check in and check out 24-hours a day. We have a full-time and in-house maintenance team to assist with any repairs. Guests can arrange light cleaning services during their stay for an additional charge.

The duplex is located on South Fletcher Avenue towards the middle-North end of the island. Amelia Island is a very special place to visit. South Fletcher Avenue is the most desirable location for accommodations. This house is located in the heart of it all and close to downtown Fernandina Beach, Fort Clinch, the Plantation and other ideal spots. It is extremely safe and family friendly.
State taxes are included in your price. County taxes totaling 6.5 % are extra and will be payable on arrival to check-in.
While this home is fantastic for large groups or families, we do not allow parties or more than 10 people without prior approval. There is no smoking inside of the house. Amelia Island Vacations manages the property for the owners who live outside of FL. If any rules are broken or damage occurs during stay, we have the right to ask you to leave with no refund. We do not accept pets. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation and we do not accept large groups of teenagers without adult supervision. At check-in guest must sign off how many people will be on property and if any are under 18 years of age.
