Our apartment is delivered to the guest clean and special care is reserved for the hygiene of the bathroom and kitchen: the maintenance of such cleaning is the responsibility of the guest (it is an apartment, not a hotel). It is normal for there to be ants in the garden, especially in periods of extreme heat, it is not normal in October and surely when they entered in the apartment there where not ant). It is however sufficient to observe hygiene by carefully storing the dirty linen and food residues to prevent them from entering the house.
The check in was made by my husband, already mentioned and appreciated in other reviews: the guest was promptly met and accompanied home. He shoed the apartment with its many facilities, he delivered the coordinates for the wifi connection and lots of tourist material, including timetables of trains, buses and ferries updated, the map of Meta we predispose with the location of the points of tourist interest, as well as two cards with addresses of shops recommended in Meta and Sorrento and coupons of the conventions.Another card containing information and numbers posted at the entrance door
Given that the hospitality requires courtesy and discretion from both parties, in fact I am available to communicate all day and night by phone, text messages (including WhatsUp), e-mail, email, Airbnb messages. My guests when they wanted to ask me to be driven to the station by car at their leaving (a pure courtesy service that we gladly do when we can,) easily contacted me with Airbnb, I replied in less than an hour and my husband adapted his commitments to their schedule.
I am sorry at the review of these guests who have clearly confused our many concerns and courtesies for obligations.
