The decor here is bold, with dark grey coloured walls and dark wooden furniture and various pieces of artwork. This is an extremely stylish and comfortable home, with both modern and traditional twists. The cream coloured, remote-controlled gas stove in the living area is an interesting feature and creates a homely ambience.
The ground floor entrance leads to a guest bedroom at the front of the house, with a king size bed and an adjoining en-suite.
There's a study on the ground floor and, upon request, a single mattress could be set up to sleep an extra guest.

On the ground floor there is a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and hanging space.
A flight of stairs takes you to the first floor and the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. The large sofas and flat-screen television make for the perfect space for a cosy movie night in together. The wooden floorboards run throughout the room and are matched by the six-seater dining table and chairs at the back. Patio doors open onto a Juliette balcony.
The kitchen is bright and modern with sleek black and white cupboards and worktops and a useful breakfast bar for casual dining. There is a large double American style fridge/freezer and all other amenities you will find useful for preparing meals at home with microwave, electric oven and hob, a dishwasher as well as a washing machine.
On the top floor of the house is a balcony running the width of the house, great for having a little BBQ or tea al fresco.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is beautifully impressive with carefully considered interior design. The king-sized sleigh bed sits atop white floorboards and beside French windows looking out onto a balcony. The room has an interesting modern design with a screen to separate it from the bathroom.
The final room - also on the top floor - is set up as a nursery with a baby cot, changing unit and small wardrobe.
The family bathroom on the top floor (the same floor as the top two bedrooms) is a fantastic size with a modern and open plan design roll-top bath in the centre and a separate walk-in shower cubicle. There are two sets of sinks, side by side, and white floorboards to compliment the jade green walls.
