Large, renovated, family home with good sized garden & off street parking. Walk to local pubs / delis & coffee shops on trendy Chamberlayne Road. 5 min walk to the tube (bakerloo/overground). Close to Portobello rd & only 25min to centre of London.

Der Wohnraum

Our house was originally built in the 1920's and we renovated it around 2/3 years ago. It is around (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) square ft so quite a large size. It also has a lovely light an airy openplay kitchen/dining/snug space with bi-fold doors that fully open onto a south west facing large garden to enjoy. The open plan space comes with underfloor heating and a larder room.

It is stylishly interior designed with quirky and vintage finds but has all the modern things you'll need for comfort-including a large flat screen TV,sonos system,wi-fi and games cupboard.

The house comfortably sleeps 6 people and would be perfect for a family. we have one kingsize bedroom, one double bedroom and one bedroom with full adult size bunk beds.

We are both keen cooks and the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and basic ingredients (oil, salt, herbs etc). There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen.

We also have a seperate utilities room with washer/dryer hanging and cloakroom hooks.

There is a downstairs bathroom/shower cubicle with wash basin and toilet as well as an upstairs separate toilet and another bathroom with cast iron luxury bath and basin.

We hope to offer a home from home experience; high quality bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided. The flat will be fully cleaned before your arrival; a cleaner can be provided during your stay on request (for an additional charge).

Zugang für Gäste

The entire house is at your disposal except for a couple of wardrobes and the front room reserved for the owner, which will be locked. There will be some hanging space available for you though.

Interaktion mit Gästen

All guests will be personally greeted and given a tour of the flat. Someone will be available via mobile or email for the duration of the stay. A guide to flat and local area will also be available to guests.

Our area has over the years been named as the hippest and coolest and is in Zone 2 close to central London.

Chamberlayne Road was named by Vogue as the hippest street in Europe with Jade Jagger, Sophie Dahl and Daniel Craig all living in the area.

It has a great variety of cute coffee shops, brilliant pubs, delis and shops. Here is a rundown of our favourites:

Getting Around

Our nearest underground tube is Willesden Junction which is very conveniently also an overground station and so covers great direct connections across London e.g. Richmond/Kew, clapham, East London, Central London-Oxford St & Piccadilly, Wembley for sports and concerts, Hampstead for the Heath and London Euston & Paddington for major train connections to other areas in the UK.

We offer a free parking space on our from double driveway to alleviate parking tickets which are common in London.

Willesden Junction (Bakerloo Line) – 0.3 miles (5 min walk) Harrow Road entrance/exit
Willesden Junction(Overground) – 0.3 miles (5 min walk)

Buses into Notting Hill and Portobello from Chamberlyne road ( 10mins walk)

The Overground takes you to East London (Highbury & Islington, Dalston) and also West/South London (Shepherds Bush, Clapham Junction, Richmond)
We are also a 20 minute walk from Queens Park which has a wonderful Farmers Market every Sunday, The Salusbury also does a great Sunday roast.

房主自用的房间,度假期间拿出来出租,房间很舒适也干净,走到地铁不到十分钟,附近黑人比较多,但只要不黑天在外面走也没什么。
