Amadores is the valley that lies between Puerto Rico and Tauro.
Amadores beach is the popular beach with the white and pleasant sands and gorgeous turquoise waters.
The beach offers boardwalk that stretches all the way to Puerto Rico, restaurants, bars and beach shops. Walking down to the beach is about 10-15 min.
On the hill directly behind is the great Alzado apartment complex consisting of a total of 15 luxurious apartments. The apartments are designed by Recordon and Gundersen in Malaga. They are built to a high standard and good quality.

The apartment is rented with 1 set of bedding, 2 sets of towels for bathrooms and 1 beach towel per tenant.
The kitchen is fully equipped as a full kitchen with integral oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer cabinets, coffee maker, toaster and microwave.
On the living room's TV / radio and DVD player, as well as wireless networks. The remote controls are on the TV bench.
Separate laundry room with washer, dryer, washing equipment, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are next to the kitchen. NB! Remove lint from the filter dryer every time you use it. Sitting at the bottom of the doorway.

There are a large and a small children's pool directly outside apartment No. 7. Please take into account and respect the house rules when using these. If you are many present, please show respect to others. When minor children must bathe must always an adult be present. Remember basin opening and closing. Glass and glass bottles are not allowed at the pool area. Designated garbage must be kept and discarded when leaving the area.
Dispose of bags tied together. Garbage room's right outside the main gate (it looks like a small garage). Garbage should not remain in the apartment for a long time so that it creates odors. Please help us keep the apartment and common areas neat and litter-free.
Port down in the garden
The port is an output and shortcut / trail down to the beach. But this shortcut has some rough terrain and can be a bit difficult to walk. Is steep and loose sand. For those who have little hard to go, it is recommended to use the main road or order a taxi.

HOUSE RULES FOR Alzado
The house rules are meant to ensure a good living environment for the people living in the facility. Every occupant must pay attention to their neighbors.
Rules are necessary to ensure security, peace and prosperity.
Apartment / balcony and common areas must not be used to cause a nuisance to others.
2) Stairs, hallways and common areas
Because of the cleaning and security, must not leave their bicycles or else in stairwells or in times. Prams are allowed. Games and things should not be left in public areas.
All play must be made in such a way that it does not interfere with others.
Outdoor areas and plantings must be protected.
5) Quiet in the apartment
It should be normal quiet of the apartment between 23:00 and 06:00.
On holidays / holidays and Sundays will be generally quiet in the apartment.
6) Locking / closing doors
All gates will be locked. Release not irrelevant. The owners are responsible for the people he / she lets in.
7) Liability for loss of keys
Owner is liable for costs resulting from the keys going astray.

Norwegian owners of two apartments on Alzado. We rent the apartments out when we do not use themselves. We have a private Spanish company, Oro Socio S.L. which we rent out through. We have our own caretaker who helps us with cleaning and repairs.
