Apartment is rented based on self-service basis, no host will meet you personally. But she will be in contact with you per mobile or internet. All food must be purchased by you and all the daily cleaning you must do yourself.

Der Wohnraum

Amadores is the valley that lies between Puerto Rico and Tauro.
Amadores beach is the popular beach with the white and pleasant sands and gorgeous turquoise waters.
The beach offers boardwalk that stretches all the way to Puerto Rico, restaurants, bars and beach shops. Walking down to the beach is about 10-15 min.

On the hill directly behind is the great Alzado apartment complex consisting of a total of 15 luxurious apartments. The apartments are designed by Recordon and Gundersen in Malaga. They are built to a high standard and good quality.

Our apartments have well laid out and are exclusively furnished.

The apartment is rented with 1 set of bedding, 2 sets of towels for bathrooms and 1 beach towel per tenant.

The kitchen is fully equipped as a full kitchen with integral oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer cabinets, coffee maker, toaster and microwave.

On the living room's TV / radio and DVD player, as well as wireless networks. The remote controls are on the TV bench.

Separate laundry room with washer, dryer, washing equipment, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are next to the kitchen. NB! Remove lint from the filter dryer every time you use it. Sitting at the bottom of the doorway.

Manuals for the various electrical appliances found in the bottom drawer under the stove in the kitchen. Especially useful it can be to read "guide Aircontion"

Air conditioning / heating in each room and can be used for both heating and cooling. Our experience is that some periods of the year down here one can avail cooling before you go to bed at night and maybe something into the night. During the day, it is often small intends to use it because you are not present or have the doors open. Besides electricity very expensive in Spain and one should therefore limit its use to what's necessary. The machines controlled by remote control in every room. Study documentation found in the drawer.

Bathrooms
1 pc hairdryer's drawer in the bathroom.

The cooker
To activate the stove, put your finger flat on the "Start". It will then forward four - 00's, one for each plate. Add your finger on the 0-en indicating plate position. It begins to flash. Add your finger on the + and remove it when the force has been correct. (1-9). Likewise, you can turn the heat down.
To turn off the stove, hold your finger flat on the Start button. On the discs heat, the light 1, 2 or 3 bars depending on how warm the plates are.

The dishwasher
Rinse dishes before you put it in the machine. There are 3 lights on the left side panel. Top lamp illuminates if the water is not turned on, middle lights are missing, softener, and third lights if there is a lack of salt. Special salt is under the sink. Refilling salt by unscrewing the gray cap at the bottom of the machine and pour in salt. The machine may well run without salt, but you will find that glass etc can be spotted. (The water is very hard down here) NB! The filter in the bottom of the machine should be cleaned before departure. (Turn right and go).

The other electronic articles should be straightforward to use. Manuals are in drawer under the stove.

The pools.
There are a large and a small children's pool directly outside apartment No. 7. Please take into account and respect the house rules when using these. If you are many present, please show respect to others. When minor children must bathe must always an adult be present. Remember basin opening and closing. Glass and glass bottles are not allowed at the pool area. Designated garbage must be kept and discarded when leaving the area.

Garbage
Dispose of bags tied together. Garbage room's right outside the main gate (it looks like a small garage). Garbage should not remain in the apartment for a long time so that it creates odors. Please help us keep the apartment and common areas neat and litter-free.

Port down in the garden
The port is an output and shortcut / trail down to the beach. But this shortcut has some rough terrain and can be a bit difficult to walk. Is steep and loose sand. For those who have little hard to go, it is recommended to use the main road or order a taxi.

Parking on own area.
Our parking is No. 7, 9, 12 and 13.

HOUSE RULES FOR Alzado

1) General
The house rules are meant to ensure a good living environment for the people living in the facility. Every occupant must pay attention to their neighbors.
Rules are necessary to ensure security, peace and prosperity.
Apartment / balcony and common areas must not be used to cause a nuisance to others.

2) Stairs, hallways and common areas
Because of the cleaning and security, must not leave their bicycles or else in stairwells or in times. Prams are allowed. Games and things should not be left in public areas.

3) Play
All play must be made in such a way that it does not interfere with others.

4) Planting
Outdoor areas and plantings must be protected.

5) Quiet in the apartment
It should be normal quiet of the apartment between 23:00 and 06:00.
On holidays / holidays and Sundays will be generally quiet in the apartment.

6) Locking / closing doors
All gates will be locked. Release not irrelevant. The owners are responsible for the people he / she lets in.

7) Liability for loss of keys
Owner is liable for costs resulting from the keys going astray.

Animals must be kept indoors or kept on a leash.

16) Parking - use of motor vehicles
Parking of motor vehicles and bicycles should only take place where there is allocated space for this purpose, and in such a way that there is no danger to other traffic.

17) Fire Equipment
Fire Extinguisher's times. Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that this equipment is in order.

18) Violations
Complaints that can not be settled between the individual neighbors, directed in writing to the Board.
Orders from the Board must be respected and followed.

19) Disputes
Any dispute concerning the preceding paragraphs, or the understanding of those determined by the Board by a simple majority.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Appartment. Es ist ruhig gelegen und ist dennoch nah am strand. Das appartment bietet alles was man benötigt.

Ottime indicazioni per raggiungere l'appartamento come pure per avere le chiavi d'entrata visto che non c'è nessuno ad accoglierti. In ogni caso le indicazioni ricevute erano perfette. L'appartamento è veramente molto grande, bello e completo di tutti gli accessori. Inoltre con una terrazza bellissima ed enorme con una vista eccezionale e che abbiamo sfruttato per le cene in serate. L'appartamento lo abbiamo trovato molto ben pulito. Bella anche la zona piscina, ben pulita e spettacolare. L'unico consiglio, come abbiamo fatto noi, è quello di avere un'auto a noleggio a disposizione per potervi spostare visto che l'appartamento si trova un po' distante dalla spiaggia e negozi. Si tratta di un appartamento che assolutamente consigliamo di alloggiare.

Oro was a super host, responding really quickly and pro-actively giving us information before arrival to make sure we could access the apartment with ease. The pictures totally do the apartment justice and its a lovely place, well kept, clean and beautiful location. If you have young children, only recommend that you do use a car for visits to the beach as the hillside is very steep back up to the apartment.

Very quiet area, the apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything needed. Also help at hand if anything needed. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to our friends and family

Skøn lejlighed der ligger i gå afstand til Europa centeret. Fin og hurtig kommunikation med udlejer, de bedste anbefalinger herfra ;)

Все отлично, вид с балкона очень красивый, удобства соответствуют условиям дома. Хотелось бы посоветовать следующим гостям просить хозяйку лично присутствовать при прибытии, т.к. самим придется осваивать кодовые замки, бытовую технику и условия проживания. А вообщем, все замечательно!!!!!!

I apologize if there were some misunderstandings regarding that I should be present on arrival. We hire based on self-service. Which means that those renting have to lock themselves into the apartment with the key safe for key. All food must be purchased by you and daily cleaning should also be done by the tenant himself. In our welcome folder in apartment we have stored all the information you need for kitchen equipment and TV. We have now updates our profil on Airbnb so all information is correct regarding this. And again we apoligize for all the extra time/trouble this has caused you.

NOV 2016 We had a wonderful stay. The apartment, as well as the complex is beautifully situated with a fantastic view of the bay and the sea of Amadores. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and offers everything for a comfortable stay. We were missing nothing. Thank you Eirin for your support, you are a great help and an excellent hostess.

Norwegian owners of two apartments on Alzado. We rent the apartments out when we do not use themselves. We have a private Spanish company, Oro Socio S.L. which we rent out through. We have our own caretaker who helps us with cleaning and repairs.
