As you enter this property from the quiet street you are greeted by a large living room to your left with comfy sofas and lots of natural light pouring in through the large period windows. The room boasts a beautiful fireplace and a chaise lounge towards the back of the room which turns into a double bed. This is placed just next to some double doors to a little balcony which overlooks the back garden - a perfect set up to listen to the sound of the London rain as you fall asleep. Also on this level of the property is a family bathroom with bath and shower and views out over the garden. Down some stairs you will find the open plan kitchen/dining area with lots of natural light, period fireplace and all the utilities. There is an additional front exit as well as doors leading out to the back garden into a pretty courtyard and a large seating area to enjoy along with the barbecue. In the upper levels of the property there is a study doubling as a single room with nice views of greenery out the back of the house. Also on this floor you will find a children’s room with single bunk bed, toddler bed and toys, perfect for children. Up some more stairs you will find the master suite with a king sized bed, shower room and door leading out to a secluded balcony area with fantastic views over London.
