This room has been fitted with all the modern conveniences you could need, including a dishwasher, microwave, American style fridge freezer and integral oven.
The next room on this floor is the wonderful living room which is both light and spacious. Once again decorated in earthy tones with a wooden floor throughout it is simple yet effective. The fireplace is along one wall and opposite is a large sofa which opens up to a super king sized sofa bed where a further two guests can be accommodated. Although this room faces the street it is incredibly private and quiet due to the tree located in front of the property and the peaceful nature of the road.
Leading off the back of the property is the colourful and exotic roof terrace which has an abundance of plants on it as well as a stylish little table for those evening drinks alfresco! An absolute sun trap throughout the year this terrace is a huge bonus.
Up to the top floor are the bedrooms; the first of which is a children’s room housing Italian designer bunk beds which can additionally be set up as two twin beds if preferred. Cosy yet compact, this peaceful room overlooks the back of the property and is light and airy. Beyond lies the master bedroom which has a King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Once again featuring bespoke Italian furniture, designed specifically for the property, this room has lovely parquet flooring and a stunning painted wall paper adorning the walls. Leading off this room is the ensuite bathroom which is sleek and modern and features a huge two person bath, a basin and WC. Although compact in size this room has been perfectly arranged and expertly decorated.
