It is split into a formal sitting area and an adjoining dining room which has a large walnut table and satin chairs sitting under elegant hanging lights. The smart seating and glass coffee table in the living area are arranged by a modern electric fireplace.
Before you reach the staircase to the lower level, there is a unique black WC and from the rear, access to a splendid terrace looking over the back gardens where guests may enjoy breakfasting in the morning!
On the lower level is an expansive open-plan kitchen and conservatory dining area, designed to perfection with a large island breakfast bar and sleek handle-less cabinets. Top-of-the range facilities are included such as an American-style fridge with ice dispenser, a fitted double oven and gas cooker. A six-seater table for every day dining is perfectly placed under a hanging light in the conservatory part of the kitchen. Adjoining this space is a modern TV room with a large entertainment unit, flat screen TV and a contemporary electric fireplace. From the TV room guests can directly access the stunning back garden, which is beautifully designed with a sophisticated seating area and a manicured grassy lawn lined with trimmed hedges.
Just off the kitchen is a laundry/utilities room with a walk-in shower and WC.
On the upper floor of the house is the stunning master bedroom, its contemporary design features mirrored wall panels and a modern electric fireplace. It has understated style, with a super-king bed, recliner armchair and soft carpeted floors. A large space with built-in wardrobes leads to the equally stunning en-suite bathroom. Its elegant design features a twin basin sink, and the comfort of both a walk-in shower and a separate bath with glass shelving for storage.
Opposite the master is the guest bedroom, which is tastefully designed in mushroom coloured walls, a smart double bed and a mirrored chest of drawers. It has the comfort of a stunning en-suite bathroom in marble, fitted with a modern bath and overhead shower.
On the top floor of the house are two children’s bedrooms, both finished to an excellent standard with single beds and ample storage space. Between them is the final bathroom, with cool monochrome patterned walls and fitted with a full-size bath with overhead shower.

The Host has a live - in Housekeeper called Agnes - their room is separate from the rest fo the guest accomodation and they have private access to the property.
