This lovely garden flat has three bedrooms and can comfortably sleep a small family of five. It is located in the very popular and affluent region of West Kensington, minutes from several Underground train stations.
The apartment opens onto a modest hallway with a small utility room to the immediate right. Down the corridor, which is furnished with wooden flooring and some tasteful artwork on the walls, are two bedrooms. To the right is the master bedroom which is furnished with super soft black carpeting and a comfortable double bed. It has an en suite bathroom finished in light cream Italian tiles with a walk-in shower and the added comfort of a heated towel rail. Opposite this room, is a children’s bedroom finished with a feature wall of bright pink paint and a single (child-sized) bed. There is book shelving space above the bed and a tall wardrobe in one corner. The main bathroom down the hall is finished in charcoal Italian tiling and has a good-sized bathtub with a shower unit attached.
The living area at the far end of the apartment is a lovely, airy room with simple, stylish decoration. Looking out over the back of the property and onto the garden, this room is both peaceful and light. It has two plush grey sofas situated around a unique, wheeled coffee table in the centre and there is a flat screen TV to enjoy as well as a DVD player and plenty of interesting books on the shelves. Just off this space is the second children’s room which has a single bed. The stunning bespoke kitchen is very modern with sleek white cupboard units concealing top facilities and granite worktop surfaces as well as heated flooring. To one side is a small glass table with chairs – ideal for breakfasting as a family. The kitchen has access to a lovely little decked garden which is lined with trees and potted plants. It is the ideal spot to dine alfresco in the sunshine or to enjoy a drink in the evening in the fresh air.
