Guests are responsible for ensuring that they and any member of their group do not cause a nuisance or disturbance to other residents, neighbours or occupiers. Should there be any complaint of disturbance, the Property Owner will investigate and may have the right to demand early termination of the booking agreement.
If there are any problems during the booking, it is always best to notify the Property Owner or named Contact as quickly as possible, so that they can try to rectify and improve matters during the Guests' visit. It is always more difficult to solve any issues without this prompt notification, and of course, the Property Owner wishes the Guests to have a trouble free and enjoyable stay.

Gill is a very good host. Extremely professional and polite. Her apartment has everything you can ask for. There are only two challenges to this place, one is the location, if you want to spend most of your time around royal mile. Be ready to walk 20 mins one way, or take a bus ride. The other slight issue is that the place is on 3rd floor, so you have to carry your luggage all the way through stairs. Rest it's a perfect place.

Apartment very well located closed to all the required facilities (supermarket, restaurant, bus...). Very convenient to go in the town center. Lovely apartment well decorated and very clean. Worm welcome when we arrived. Private car park available. We definitively recommend and would stay again if we return to Edimburgh.

Nossa estadia foi inesquecível! Apesar de não ser muito grande, o apartamento de Gill era extremamente aconchegante, além de ser o mais bem equipado entre todos os Airbnbs que ficamos durante os 30 dias de nossa viagem pelo o Reino Unido. Além disso, Gill se mostrou uma hospitaleira extremamente atenciosa e cuidadosa, respondendo quase que imediatamente às nossas mensagens e nos ajudando com tudo o que precisávamos. Só temos a agradecer por tudo e recomendar seu espaço para futuros viajantes!

Gill was a wonderful host! She communicated perfectly how to get to her place from the train station and met us at her place where she provided us lots of useful information on how to get to the local attractions and how to operate the flat. Her place is very close to the bus stop that takes you into the city and we found it very convenient to use. Would definitely recommend staying here again!

Gill was very welcoming and showed us round the flat and told us the quickest route into town. Only took us 15 mins with a pram. Location was great for us supermarket across the road and a private parking space. The flat itself was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Great view of Arthur's seat from the living room. Lots of good information at the flat on places to see and eat. Would definitely recommend this property and will stay again.

Everything was good at Gill's place. The apartment is very well located (15 min. walk from the old town) and there is a supermarket, bank and KFC right next to the building. It is very well communicated. The apartment has everything you need. It is a great option in Edinburgh!! Also, Gill is super nice and she shows you how to get around the city. Everything was great.
