This is a unit on the 2nd floor of a 6 Unit Fabulous Ocean View Condo. Newly Renovated/ Newly Furnished/ Approx. 4 miles from Medano Beach but great views of both the Pacific and Sea of Cortez. Everything new. Large walk-in closet. full bathroom with large shower. Cable TV. and extra high speed internet. Kitchen has tons of cupboard space and drawers. Secured gated parking in an upper middle class neighbourhood.

Gated parking with easy access by expansive stairwell to the unit and same access to the gorgeous rooftop. Rooftop has as good of views as anywhere in Cabo to both the views of the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific.

All unts that are vacation rentals have access to the rooftop. Units 3/5/6. All units have 2 fishing licences for deep sea fishing. Please re-turn back to room after you take along on your fishing trip.

You are within 1 mile of Cabos largest shopping center with/ cineplex, casino large grocery store (Sirianos, Mexico largest chain grocery) lots of boutique stores, McDonalds and may restaurants and takeouts. Within 2/3 blocks lots of corner convenience stores and restaurants abound. Prices are at Mexican fare and not jamming you with tourist fares as per the beach and marina. People are more friendly and accommodating.

Location: Russell told me this is a upper middle class area. It only took one afternoon to realize I am in a low income area in a shanty area. Most of the homes have been destroyed by the last hurricane and never re-built. There are no stores in safe walking distance. You are on dirt roads in either direction and then you are on a highway which has no sidewalk. So when you try to go anywhere you are taking a risk of getting hit by a car or other debris flying up from passing cars on the road. Book at your own risk but this is not a walking friendly area in the slightest. You will have to haul your own water as there is no safe drinking water anywhere nearby or in the unit itself. If you drive, don't want to be close to any of the real things to do in Cabo including the beach and do not mind being in a dirty area on uneven dirt roads then you should book here. If you are a solo traveler on foot and prefer to hair a cab then drive or have the option to walk to things everyday and explore. This is not the area or listing for you.

The area is upper class Mexican, yes dirt roads but all roads in Cabo are dirt roads. My personal home is worth 1 million dollars and but the main road All side roads are dirt with no sidewalks. The school next door to Casa Russell is the most expensive private school in Cabo , Santa Maria Institute and the house kitty corner is worth more than 1 million, senator for the Baja government, has 2 black BMW's in the yard, corner stores everywhere.Super safe every night, very tight Mexican community, I will have to show the neighbours this review. Wow! To each their own. Prior to moving in here were you not staying on the HIGHWAY ! Bit of a hippo rot. Sorry you are Canadian.

Russell is an awesome host and this is a great location if you're not interested in being down in the constant bustle of downtown Cabo. The view is amazing from the roof, the unit very spacious, and secure in a middle-class neighborhood. Very happy to have experienced this property through Russell; would come back again!
