Full access is allowed, except for the garage. Garage access is allowed in case of emergencies or to to access the electric panel box. Don't be disappointed -- it's too small to park a car in this garage.

Here is the "no" list (sorry) -- it's short :-)
No commercial events.
Obey the Seattle noise ordinance. I really like my neighbors. They like me, too. I want to keep it that way. Please be a good neighbor while you are staying in my house -- thanks!

I've traveled to many places. Indonesia and Italy are my favorites. I lived in Indonesia for a year-and-a-half. The first year was as an exchange student in 1993. I am still very close with my host family. I've visited them in Jakarta a number of times and they have visited me in the United States.
My baby daughter and my girlfriend are the most important people in my life. My daughter makes me laugh all the time. Being a dad is one of the greatest gifts.
I don't read books often. Law school sadly took away my love of reading books. I think this is true of many lawyers. Now I am a real estate broker and, hopefully, as a recovering lawyer I will read more frequently.
My yard was a big project. I took a landscape class as continuing education. I hired my instructor, who helped me prepare a planting plan and hardscape plan. I hired a landscaping company to plant and build the plans. It took 2 summers to complete. I hope you like the yard -- it was a labor of love!
