Tastefully furnished and fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Beautiful tropical gardens surrounding private pool, & barbecue area.
There is a 3 Night Minimum Stay / 10 During Ironman & Christmas Season. This is a non-smoking no pets unit.
Please Note: NOTICE OF POOL BATHROOM CLOSURE AND REMODEL
At around 8AM, Monday, May 15th, a contractor will be constructing a ramp on the north pool gate area. He will also construct a barrier wall around the pool bathrooms for safety and to minimize dust and noise.
The remodel of the bathrooms will begin immediately after the barrier is in place and will take approximately 3 weeks to complete. During this period the POOL WILL BE OPEN, but the bathrooms and showers will be closed.

Our office is open 7 days a week and you have free access to Kona Concierge as part of your reservation. Traditionally, there is no interaction unless you request it or have an issue and Kona Coast Vacations (on island company) is only a phone call away..
This condo complex is located on Alii Drive. Alii Drive runs about 6.0 miles down the coast, starting at the pier in the Village of Kailua Kona (mile 0), and going to Keauhou at about mile 6.0. Sea Village condo complex is at about the 1.2 mile marker. There are restaurants and shops starting at 0.0 and to about the .75 mile marker.
There is an open air shuttle that travels from Keauhou to Kona Shopping areas that travels up and down Alii Drive. Check for pricing and schedules. Most people rent a car while visiting the Big Island so they can explore the entire island. For those not wanting to drive, there are taxis available..

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
