As you enter the property, you will find a spacious living area towards the left, fully furnished in wooden floors, as is much of the property, and featuring two impressive marbled fireplaces. Providing guests with a comfortable space to relax in, the living area is equipped with a luxurious velvet sofa and TV entertainment unit, and adjoins the raised study space looking over the garden. The study area has a desk with computer which guests may use, as well as a variety of interesting books to browse through! At the end of the main corridor is a convenient powder room which has a full-size bathtub.
The lower level of the house contains an immaculate kitchen and dining area, boasting spacious proportions and a modern finish. As you reach the lower floor you will step directly into the dining room which is centred with a wooden bench-table to seat up to six guests. The spotless kitchen comes fully equipped in a modern design with double counters and sleek white cabinets. Facilities include a dishwasher, wine fridge, gas cooker and juice blender among other essentials. The kitchen then leads nicely to a small patio with steps leading up the grassy garden which is wonderful in the summer, a nice open space for children to play in.
The upper level of the house has stunning white-washed wooden floors and contains three bedrooms which have a stylishly minimalist finish. Two of these have King-sized beds and one is a single bedroom. There is one shared bathroom on this floor which is very well finished with a walk-in shower.
