We loved this place, very light and loved the views, we particularly enjoyed the international ferries and the provision of binoculars really enhanced the view of the bay. The house had everything we needed, lots of games and a very well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean.

Great location within walking distance of good restaurants in the city centre and Royal William Yard. A great layout too with lovely views over the sound. Would definitely come again

We had an amazing time here. The pictures and description do not do this home justice - it's a wonderful place to stay. We loved waking up every morning and seeing the marina and boats from our balcony, and Drake's Island. The home is very well equipped with every modern amenity you could require. There are many excellent places to eat a short walk away and we enjoyed our strolls by the water with our young son. Private, secured parking was a huge bonus. An excellent place to stay in Plymouth, could not recommend highly enough.

My family stayed here for a week whilst in Plymouth for my graduation and loved the house. wonderful views and fantastic location for the Hoe and town. Would definitely return.

We had a full week at the Marina View apartment and enjoyed every minute of it. The moment you enter the town house, you get this wow factor, everything is new, modern and super clean. The beds were very comfortable with lovely soft duvets and pillows plus plush towels. We especially enjoyed the powerful shower in the master bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans and dishes, we even found a few basics like spices, oil and vinegar. In return we left our supplies of non perishable items. The only thing we really missed was a coffee maker and a hairdryer. The views from the upstairs living room are beautiful, we loved seeing the Brittany ferry dock in the afternoon and leave at night. A real spectacle. While the location itself is on a busy street, there was no noise to be heard. The car can be securely parked behind an electronic gate right next to the house. From the house it is an easy 10-minute walk to the Royal William Yard with all its bars and restaurants and in the other direction it takes a 20-minute walk to the Barbican. The communication with Becky was brilliant, she responded to our questions within a very short time. When we had a problem with the hot water, she came by immediately and later sent a plumber to fix it. It was a brilliant week and we wouldn't hesitate to book this airbnb gem again!
