I am an Arizona girl at home in the mountains of Utah. I have an education background and I'm a writer at heart. I love to experience different places - their food, architecture, music, art, people and relationship to nature.
I work offshore in various parts of the world and have often taken the opportunity, provided by sites like Airbnb, to use a host's home as a jumping off point for exploring a city. They place me in the middle of the action, or provide the much-needed retreat. Most often, I am on the search for simple, functional spaces that I can afford.
In turn I delight in hosting and providing a space that is comfortable, functional, affordable and unique. I have hosted at my Evergreen home in Orem for nearly 2 years and I have just begun hosting at my new space, the Gathering Point in Salt Lake City.
