Pros: The house is very artistic. Its actually inside a coffee estate so very peaceful and calm. Caretaker provided food including breakfast , coffee , one meal for 300 pe head. Meena aunty was really sweet and helpful. Cons: This place is a 1hr drive from Madikeri. There are no general store or medical shops near 10 15 km. Nearest town is Napoklu. Its a wooden house and needs maintenance. As walls are wooden, you can hear everything from next room. Bedsheets and blankets were not so much clean. I would rather recommend to friends than a family with senior citizens

The location is perfect for who want it outside the city. The food provided was delicious and in ample amount. Regarding the rooms nice and spacious, apt for a group of friends or a big family. Try getting the location before you check in. Overall had an amazing experience with my friends. :)

If your travelling in a group of around 10 to 16 than this is the best place to stay. The house is completely made of wood interiors and looks good. Though the place is approx 25km away from coorg city the location is the best part of this property. Its surrounded with coffee plantation. The host was very helpful and kept most of the things ready along with a camp fire. They have a nice place for camp fire too. We reached arround 8pm and first thing we did was had a shower the water was fresh. They have multiple rooms some with attached bathrooms and gysers. The beds are comfortable too. We ordered the breakfast and tea as we had plans to leave late. The breakfast was very tasty and coffee was awesome. The early morning view was breath-taking. We went for a stroll in the plantation and there was gog and mist. Overall it was a good place and we enjoyed. We will surly return soon.

Host was warm.No complaint. The property is not in Madikeri. Its 25 kms away from Madikeri and it takes more than an hour to reach there.Though the address was given as Madikeri. Also the position is a little disadvantageous as its far from any site seeing place. The nearest market place/restaurant was 10 kms away. The house needs serious renovation. The house was made of woods and all the sharp nail edges were out here and there from floors , stairs etc.We were actually scared that our kids may get hurt while playing. There was a duct open in the first floor near bathroom, another dangerous thing for kids. Window glass was broken, doors were not closing properly. Not all bathrooms were fitted with tap in basin. The bathrooms were very basic. There were rats/spiders roaming around the house at night when we went to sleep. Not recommended to travel with small kids.
