In the vicinity, there are Golden Eagle Regional Park/Sports (Baseball) Fields and miles of paved walking/biking trails. This condo is in close proximity to Pioneer Meadow Shopping Center, Raley's Supermarket at Spanish Spring is about 1/2 mile away (3 minutes driving). It is also within three miles from two regional shopping malls hosting all major national brand name stores, so you will not miss your shopping during your vacation.
The condo is country quiet while close to city, it is approximately 1.5 miles from Golden Eagle Reginal Park/Sport Fields, 7.5 miles from John Ascuaga's Nugget Casino, and 11 Miles from both downtown Reno and Reno/Tahoe International Airport.

My condo is 1,599 square feet, master bedroom, second bedroom, Loft/den (third sleeping room), and two full bathrooms are located upstairs; Living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and a half bath are located downstairs.

Master bedroom features: A "Valerie Collection" Cal King Bed with Sealy Posturepedic plush mattress; A elegant "Highland" Collection 9 drawer Dress; Master bedroom has access to a large private and covered balcony through a sliding glass door. Large master bathroom has duel vanities, separate shower and hot tub, large walk in closet.

Second bed room (featuring a "Valerie Collection" Cal King Bed with Sealy Posturepedic Firm mattress) is located at another side of hall way, you can see Spanish Spring valley, shopping center/mall, and mountains in the distance through a large window. The second bath room is located off the hall way upstairs with a shower and tub combo.

Loft/den area is normally set up as a third sleeping room/office comb. There are one queen bed (with a Sealy Posturepedic plush mattress) and one desk (with executive office chair). Upon your request, we can replace the office desk with a double height queen size air bed which is much more comfortable than a futon bed or a sofa sleeper. A heavy duty black out curtain in front of the room (see photo) provide privacy for this room.

Location is excellent, especially if you're playing ball at Golden Eagle. And, if you're playing ball, there's no better place to crash at the end of a day. The beds were so comfortable and welcoming! The house was cozy and perfect. We loved having the BBQ to eat in instead of out all weekend. This home is a great place to unwind and relax!

Good hosts. Very convenient to golf and shopping. A big plus was having a garage to park. Pool is close to unit.

David is a great host, and made us feel welcome. He showed us everything from kitchen appliances to the heating and cooling system and all kinds of tv programming. The listing was also accurate, and the home was very neat and clean, and perfect for our extended family. The neighborhood is also excellent.
