Trevansyn Heights is a lovely self contained, conveniently located, modern and very comfortable first floor apartment of high quality .

Der Wohnraum

The apartment is just perfect for two. It has one double bedroom, an open plan living area with comfy sofa, TV, DVD, a well equipped kitchen, dining space and separate bathroom with shower. There is also the convenience of an off road parking space and free WiFi.

As a base with which to explore North Cornwall it really couldn't be any better. The apartment is located within a 10 minute walk to the town centre and a 5 minute walk to the Royal Cornwall Showground, so it's perfect when its event time.

If the sun is out you can explore the stunning coastline and beaches, go on a bike ride on the famous Camel Trail swim, surf or sail. If its raining you can enjoy some of Cornwall's best restaurants, pubs, shops, cafes, the cinema and of course the privacy of the apartment.

As a guest at the property discounted bike hire can be arranged.

I am now able to offer discounted cycle hire to explore the camel trail all ages and abilities can be catered for and also surfboard hire for those days down the beach to catch a few waves on the north coast.Please just ask for details .

Had a great 3 night stay. Apartment was as described - modern, very clean and well equipped. Paul, the host, very friendly. Great location - just 10 minutes walk into Wadebridge, although it's a steep hill in / out of the town. Only negative comment is to suggest some black-out linings for the bedroom curtains. Overall a great place in an ideal location.

We enjoyed our stay at Paul's. Well-equipped flat. Friendly contactable host, with lots of helpful recommendations. Wadebridge is a good location to get to lots of attractions in Cornwall. We visited a couple of nice beaches nearby, inc. Daymer and Mawgan Porth. Wadebridge is a quite a quiet town, but we did have a lovely meal at the Bridge Bistro on our last night. Thanks for a great stay Paul!

Paul's place as described and not disappointed! Lovely large place and private. Perfect location to explore surrounding areas. Paul was friendly and offered up some great suggestions. Would stay again.

Paul's apartment was perfect for our stay, spotlessly clean, well furnished and decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Paul was available for any problems we had (well, locking ourselves out being the only one)! He also gave us good advice re local best beaches and hostelries :) It was centrally located to many beautiful Cornish places of interest with a large Tesco a few minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend :)

A good location to explore this part of Cornwall. Very clean, well maintained and spacious light and airy apartment. Easy access to A39. Tesco a short walk away and Wadebridge centre a comfortable walk, although up hill on the way back. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent place to stay close by to the camel trail. Lovely homely feel & finished to an excellent standard. Would recommend to anyone!
