Centrally located in Wallingford, this home is 2 blocks from the main walk street in Wallingford with a range of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and eclectic shopping. Famous Gas Works Park, Lake Union (seaplanes and paddle boats), Burke Gilman Trail (run, bike, blade), Fremont (The Troll and Center of the Universe) are all an easy walk.

Green lake is 6 blocks (jog the 3 mile loop or paddle in the lake). 2 miles to Husky Stadium at University of Washington. The following neighborhoods are closer than 15-20 minutes - Ballard, Fremont, Greenlake, Belltown, Pike's Place Market, Pioneer Square, Queen Anne, Capitol Hill and Montlake. 2 minutes to 99. 5 minutes to I5. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 5 PM (PST) AND CHECK-OUT IS BEFORE NOON (PST). Late departures may be billed for an extra day.

This is a NON SMOKING home. No smoking anywhere. No butts or smoking trash are to be disposed of in the home. Evidence of smoking will result in witholding of the security deposit.

No Pets / animals are allowed without express written approval. If evidence is found that an animal was in the home during your stay, your security deposit will not be returned and you may be liable for additional cleaning fees. The home is maintained to be comfortable for people with pet allergies.

PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to confirm the reservation – (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), check, and credit card are accepted.

GUEST CANCELLATIONS – If a guest cancels, there is no return of the security deposit. If a replacement renter can't be find to fulfill the financial obligations, the guest may be responsible for the full balance.

HOST CANCELLATIONS – if the host cancels, the guest will receive a full refund for all unused parts of the reservation.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per night is limited to eight (8) persons. There are three (3) queen sized beds, one (1) queen size inflatable bed.

No Parties / No Gatherings exceeding 12 people at a time without prior approval from the owner.

Arrival - Upon arrival, confirm that the unit is to your satisfaction and that appliances and furnishings are clean and in good working order. If there things are not to your satisfaction or there any safety concerns, contact the owner immediately.

NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - Fresh linens and bath towels are included in the unit upon your arrival and the rooms will be made up for a total of 6 guests, unless otherwise agreed. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. This service can be made available at an additional cost. Towels and linens may not be taken from the home.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. This applies to age and # of travelers in the party. The person staying at the home, paying for the stay, must be 25 or over.

No EVENTS or GATHERINGS with prior approval. The home is not a party or event space. No more than 12 people in the home at a time.

Normal usage of utilities is included. You may not bring extra appliances or medical devices. If there is an increase of usage over the same period of the prior year by 40% or more, you may be invoiced for the charges. Trash may not overflow the cans or be left on the curb. The city charges extra for each overflowed bag, and this cost will be passed to you.

WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. E-mail is acceptable.

Reporting Damage - If new damage is noticed after the departure, the guest will receive written notice and photographs, if available, in accordance with the terms of the lease. Guests will be given the option to either remedy the situation, or have the cost of remediation subtracted from the security deposit and billed for the difference if it exceeds the deposit.

Furnishings The general configuration and quality of items will be similar to the photos you saw in the online listing, but there are likely to be some minor changes and variations that affect the aesthetics, but not the livability of the home.

Seth's rental was perfect for my family of 5. There was room for everyone to spread out when we needed our space. The balcony was amazing. The kitchen has everything you need to make any meal in the room. The location is PERFECT. Once we realized that you can walk, we left the car behind and walked to Fremont, the Zoo, Green Lake Park. Don't rent a big car because parking in Seattle is a pain and the parking space is a squeeze. Luckily, it comes with a space because you would waste time driving around looking for street parking otherwise. I would recommend to others instead of a hotel.

Seth's place was exactly as described, we had a perfect stay there. Kitchen, bathrooms, WiFi etc, everything was to our greatest satisfaction. Cooking at home was great, stores nearby. We can definitely recommend this place for business trips, even for larger teams.

Seth was great and the home was beautiful. People with young kids should know the walls are a bit thin between the condos so sound travels. We had a great time though and would come back in a heartbeat.

The townhome is wonderfully located with a great grocery store nearby and several great eateries within walking distance. Everyone we met was super friendly and kind. Our place worked out perfectly for our family's Christmas celebration, and the kitchen was great for cooking a feast of delicious food picked fresh at Pike Place Market. Our temporary holiday home was clean, uniquely contemporary and had a terrific view of downtown Seattle from the deck. Seth was very responsive and kept us informed and up-to-date on everything we needed to know. We had a terrific time in Wallingford!

The pictures of the listening is definitely fancier and nicer than the actual house. All the rooms are pretty small and there is no AC in the room. I think host should specify that in the listing as if travelling during the hot summer ( probably not that long in Seattle) this would be an issue.

These are the photos taken by the airbnb photographer and the home is listed as 1600sf, which is accurate. There haven't been any complaints by past guests about the room sizes - all of which comfortably fit queen beds. We also repainted the home this month to freshen things up a bit.

Very nice, modern, clean and spacious property. Neighbors seems sensitive to noise, so perhaps not an option for young families. Handover was seamless - no keys to worry about! Seth was very responsive (by mail). Off-street parking was a real asset. Great supermarket just round the corner.

If you're considering coming as a guest without a full itinerary, I can give you the local scoop on a lot of great activities that you won't read about online or in your guide books. Or, if you know the area or have it all figured out, that's cool too.

As a guest, I know that Hosts make the best guests since we treat homes as if they were our own and take extra care to return everything as it was found.

When I'm not hosting, I might be out running, rowing (seattle), cycling, or wearing down the tread on my hiking boots. Either that, or perched on a neighborhood barstool catching up with the gang.
