Centrally located in Wallingford, this home is 2 blocks from the main walk street in Wallingford with a range of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and eclectic shopping. Famous Gas Works Park, Lake Union (seaplanes and paddle boats), Burke Gilman Trail (run, bike, blade), Fremont (The Troll and Center of the Universe) are all an easy walk.
Green lake is 6 blocks (jog the 3 mile loop or paddle in the lake). 2 miles to Husky Stadium at University of Washington. The following neighborhoods are closer than 15-20 minutes - Ballard, Fremont, Greenlake, Belltown, Pike's Place Market, Pioneer Square, Queen Anne, Capitol Hill and Montlake. 2 minutes to 99. 5 minutes to I5. Easy access to buses and public transportation.

We can sometimes accommodate shorter stays when they fit neatly between other reservations. But, we try to avoid breaking up the calendar with short stays.
Higher rates may apply for memorial day, 4th of july, labor day, and UW graduation, thanksgiving, christmas, NYE.
We do not host events or gatherings.
We own 3 other similar homes less than half a mile apart. Book all 3 for larger travel groups.
Rental Rules and Regulations. Disregarding any of these items may result in partial or full withholding of the security deposit. Claims may exceed the $ value of the deposit for extreme violations
CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 5 PM (PST) AND CHECK-OUT IS BEFORE NOON (PST). Late departures may be billed for an extra day.
This is a NON SMOKING home. No smoking anywhere. No butts or smoking trash are to be disposed of in the home. Evidence of smoking will result in witholding of the security deposit.
No Pets / animals are allowed without express written approval. If evidence is found that an animal was in the home during your stay, your security deposit will not be returned and you may be liable for additional cleaning fees. The home is maintained to be comfortable for people with pet allergies.
PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to confirm the reservation – (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), check, and credit card are accepted.
GUEST CANCELLATIONS – If a guest cancels, there is no return of the security deposit. If a replacement renter can't be find to fulfill the financial obligations, the guest may be responsible for the full balance.
HOST CANCELLATIONS – if the host cancels, the guest will receive a full refund for all unused parts of the reservation.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per night is limited to eight (8) persons. There are three (3) queen sized beds, one (1) queen size inflatable bed.
No Parties / No Gatherings exceeding 12 people at a time without prior approval from the owner.
Arrival - Upon arrival, confirm that the unit is to your satisfaction and that appliances and furnishings are clean and in good working order. If there things are not to your satisfaction or there any safety concerns, contact the owner immediately.

NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - Fresh linens and bath towels are included in the unit upon your arrival and the rooms will be made up for a total of 6 guests, unless otherwise agreed. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. This service can be made available at an additional cost. Towels and linens may not be taken from the home.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. This applies to age and # of travelers in the party. The person staying at the home, paying for the stay, must be 25 or over.
No EVENTS or GATHERINGS with prior approval. The home is not a party or event space. No more than 12 people in the home at a time.
Normal usage of utilities is included. You may not bring extra appliances or medical devices. If there is an increase of usage over the same period of the prior year by 40% or more, you may be invoiced for the charges. Trash may not overflow the cans or be left on the curb. The city charges extra for each overflowed bag, and this cost will be passed to you.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. E-mail is acceptable.
Reporting Damage - If new damage is noticed after the departure, the guest will receive written notice and photographs, if available, in accordance with the terms of the lease. Guests will be given the option to either remedy the situation, or have the cost of remediation subtracted from the security deposit and billed for the difference if it exceeds the deposit.
Furnishings The general configuration and quality of items will be similar to the photos you saw in the online listing, but there are likely to be some minor changes and variations that affect the aesthetics, but not the livability of the home.
