Hello all! My name is Aki and I live in the Nagoya suburbs.
I organize and host cooking classes for foreign visitors and residents at my house. I have cooked everyday for almost 40 years since I was a high school student, and also make a my Bento box for myself.
I studied English in a community college in LA after graduating high school. At that time I met my husband who was a cook at a Japanese restaurant. Thanks to my husband ,who is so picky about food, and my mother-in-law who is an excellent cook, I have countless home cooking recipes. I have studied Spanish for 2 years.Because I 'd like to communicate with people from all over the world. and I'd like foreigner to know how unique culture we have in Japan.
