We have renovated a 100-year-old Kyoto machiya (traditional townhouse) and have paid attention to every detail of the interior and furniture so that you can feel the goodness of Kyoto during your stay.
We have spacious rooms for families and groups to spend time together.

RESI STAY Fuyacho
There is a living/dining room and water area on the first floor, and a bedroom (three single beds and a double bed) on the second floor.
The Horigotatsu on the first floor can be removed and three sets of futons can be laid out.
From the window, you can see the tsuboniwa garden created by a gardener in Kyoto.

※Towels (bath towels and face towels) are provided for the maximum number of guests.
If you wish to add more towels, there is a charge (300 yen: 1 bath towel and 1 face towel).

2. Some furniture, fixtures, and wallpaper may show signs of wear such as discoloration, scratches, or stains due to regular use.

【Luggage storage】
Luggage storage is available at the following two locations.
(1) Reception counter in front of Kyoto Station (About 5 minutes’ walk from Central Gate of JR Kyoto station)
Address: ON Building 5F, 544-2, Higashishiokoji-cho, Shimogyo-ku Kyoto-shi, Kyoto, 600-8216, Japan
Business hours: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Luggage must be picked up by 8:00 p.m.
(2) Storage space at accommodations
Time limit: No time limit

【Kyoto City Accommodation Tax】
In accordance with the ordinance of Kyoto City, an accommodation tax is levied.
The accommodation tax is generally included in the booking rate; however, if additional payment is required, we will contact you after your reservation.
Please note that the tax rates will be revised for stays from March 1, 2026. Guests with reservations on or after this date who are subject to additional charges will be contacted individually.

【Shuttle Bus】
Free shuttle bus service is available only for one-way from the reception counter in front of Kyoto Station to the each accommodation facilities. Please inquire at the reception counter for details.　

If you wish to shorten your stay after making a reservation, our refund policy is as follows:
If the date(s) you wish to cancel are 7 or more days from the date you contact us, a refund will be issued for the cancelled nights.
If the date(s) you wish to cancel are within 6 days from the date you contact us, we are unable to offer a refund.

It is close to Kiyomizu-Gojo bus stop(4mins walk) and Keihan railway, Kiyomizu-Gojo sta(6mins walk). It is within walking distance to Shijo-Kawaramachi and Kamo river. So there are many shops and restaurants nearby and you can enjoy taking a walk along Kamo river. It is located in quiet residential area, so you can have a good sleep here.
