Off the beaten track, This old beauty of a caravan is perched high up in a little private bush spot in Tapu Valley, the Sacred Valley. its a 2 minute walk through trees to get there. The views are stunning. River swim around the corner and beach 2km away. sleep under the stars in the daybed also if you wish. A True NZ nature experience. Rustic and charming at a great price. Best in summer months , look at River Gypsy House bus listing also if you stay April onwards. It has a fire.
A sweet wee caravan that sleeps a couple and a single or a small family(small single bed suitable for child) perched high in a unique native bush spot with gorgeous views and total privacy. Also an outside day bed (double) Enough space for a tent also for a larger family or group. Its perfect if you are happy in nature and ok to see the odd bug or two. (not many mozzies to high up)
You could book the house truck alongside. (please check other listing to see the amenities) Be Aware please - There is a steep walk to the caravan and no vehicle access so be prepared for a five minute hike through New Zealand Bush! This is a one off rustic experience with your own little secluded piece of paradise so close to all the Coromandel beaches and attractions.

We love to meet and greet you on arrival, We also enjoy telling you all about this magic area and showing you the fabulous private swimming hole around the corner at the river. For longer stays of three nights and if there is group of you I can fire up the pizza oven and make dough and sauce.
We have small kids so they are around at times although the caravan is in a totally private spot away from our house.

You will need a torch /flashlight and be prepared for an outdoors glamping experience. Facilities are basic but fun and functional. We recycle, restore and reuse everything here and have an eclectic mix of beautiful facilities. The bush loo is compost so no flushing, just sawdust. Come and experience nature at its best. The shower is away from the site near the camp kitchen.
We invite eco conscious people here who like children and enjoy nature. We are relaxed and easy going and hope you are too. We enjoy peace and need early nights with the children but the camp kitchen is a great place to enjoy a drink or two over a stoneground pizza. Respectful happy guests welcome.

I am a natural parent of two wildlings and simply love creating spaces to share with others. Glamping gypsy trucks and safari tents off the beaten track inspire me. I am so happy in nature and crave travelling, culture, organics ,yoga, designing. My utmost passion is supporting pregnant women, co-creating mother blessings and sharing stories with spiritual women. I also like wine and mad clothes and letting loose and enjoying people who are creating eclectic paths in life! I feel blessed to have my own family and they mean the world to me. Love little people and all people in general!
