This is a beautiful, immaculate home and Lynne and Greg are extremely responsive!! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the views, amazing Sound system, and the pool. It was also really wonderful to jot have to worry about going to the store for essentials like soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent. You really have thought of everything! Hope to come back soon!

Nice house but Lynne and Greg (the owners) made the experience unenjoyable. We are group of young professional in our 30’s and we rent a house every year for Stagecoach. This house first seemed perfect for us (close to festival, pool, plenty of space) and we were really excited about our stay. Three things ruined it. 1 – YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE OUTSIDE AFTER 10 PM. Lynne & Greg told us about this rule just a couple of days before check-in: Absolutely no outside activities after 10 pm. They said it was neighborhood rules and threatened us that “significant fines would be levied against us” if we did not comply. This was not mentioned on the Airbnb description, nor in the rental agreement we signed. The rental agreement requires renters to refrain from unnecessary/loud outdoor noises after 10 pm, which cannot be reasonably interpreted as a hard curfew allowing no outside activities whatsoever. We looked at several houses and would never have booked this one if the hard curfew had been disclosed at the time of booking. We were confined inside with the doors closed every night, which sucked. This house simply should not be a vacation rental. If your neighborhood doesn’t allow any outside activities after 10 pm, then you can’t rent out your house to people who spend their hard-earned money on a desert vacation and reasonably expect to be able have a beer and normal (non-loud) conversations on the patio in the evenings. No one goes to sleep at 10 pm or wants to stay inside after 10 pm on their vacation. 2 - OWNERS ARE MONITORING YOU AND CONSTANTLY TEXTING YOU. On the first night, a couple of us stepped outside after 10 pm for a few minutes to get some fresh air and watch the stars, having a normal (quiet) conversation. We immediately received a text from Lynne & Greg saying that neighbors had complained because their dog barked and woke them up, and telling us to get back inside. We complied, even though we didn’t hear a dog bark and, frankly, it wasn’t our problem if the neighbors got woken up by their own dog. That’s when we understood that we could not be outside AT ALL in the evenings. The second night, one of us turned on the outdoor jacuzzi from the controller located inside the house. Perhaps by accident, or perhaps because they were hoping they could relax silently in the jacuzzi and enjoy the desert night after a long day at the festival. We immediately received this text: “Received alert that spa was turned on. No outdoor activities after 10pm.” Creepy. Lynne & Greg get alerts that notifies them of what you are doing. We started wondering if they were also watching us on their security cameras. We kept getting unsolicited “Are there any issues?” kind of texts, which were too frequent, inquisitive, annoying. They also sent us a text on Monday morning, warning us that they would be...

We pride ourselves on our white glove hospitality, as evidenced by our long list of 5 star reviews. We were very surprised and disappointed to receive this review, as the communication we had with the guests during their stay was cordial and positive. A few days before the guests arrived, we received notification from the homeowner’s association that law enforcement would be closely patrolling our community as a result of Coachella festival-goer behavior during the prior two weekends. We immediately informed the guests of the situation and suggested no outdoor activities after 10 PM, to which the guest responded “understood”. On the first day, a neighbor called in a noise complaint at 2:48 AM. On the second day, hot tub activity was reported at 1:08 AM. In both instances, we texted the guests to please go inside and they complied. We are still puzzled by the guest’s repeated references to a 10PM curfew as we never enforced it and obviously, they elected not to follow it. We are also puzzled by the guest’s reference to monitoring and constant texting. As part of our white glove service, we reach out twice during a guest’s stay with a “how’s it going?“ courtesy message and a two hour advance notice of the maid service arrival at check-out time. Up till now, these courtesy text messages have been universally appreciated by our guests. It is clear from the guest’s review, they expected to use the pool and spa at all hours. Obviously, this expectation does not fit with the description of a quiet, residential neighborhood as emphasized in our AirBnb listing. If the guest had informed us of this requirement during our pre-booking communications, we would have suggested they choose another property.

We had a great stay at Lynne & Greg's place for the Coachella weekend - the house is exactly as depicted in photos and absolutely stunning in real life. We were located a 12 minute walk from the La Quinta Coachella shuttle stop which was very convenient. Lynne & Greg were the most accommodating hosts and were there to welcome us upon arrival, explained the use of the hot tub / Sonos system / TV remotes etc, and even left us some welcome bottles of wine and snacks. The house is very clean and well appointed, with plenty of beach towels, linen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and basic kitchen ingredients for our use (salt, pepper, oil etc). There is a Trader Joe's / additional shops less than a 10 minute drive from the property. Plenty of amenities as well - treadmill and bowflex in the garage, pool, hot tub, fire table, TV with Netflix, HBO etc. The house comfortably slept 8 (and would have still comfortably fit 10 with a fold-out sofa bed). Lynne & Greg were also very responsive during the trip and easily accessible by phone or text. One thing to note - as per the AirBNB description, the house is in a quiet, gated community and the noise restrictions are actively adhered to (at night). Thank you for having us!

This is a great house with everything one would need or want. Great set up, beautifully decorated and an amazing entertainment system. (Dish and Sonos) the house came with everything you need to get started and more. Location was perfect. We had a great time and can't wait to come back. Thanks Lynne and Gregg.

Fabulous house in a great location. Super clean and very beautiful. Very upscale decor and amenities. I would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing and comfortable get away.

This home was perfect for our girls weekend to Indian Wells/BNP Tennis! The location is great - only 4 miles to the venue. The home was exactly as described on the website. I loved that Lynne and Greg met us at check- in to go over everything the house had to offer. The casita was nice and gave the "early birds" the chance to get up and go for hikes, etc. without disturbing the rest of the group. Their were 9 of us and it was the perfect amount of people for the house. I would definitely recommend this house and will be staying here again.
