Der Wohnraum

sea view house with unobstructed views. Close to the village, shops and restaurants. Two bedrooms both with shower rooms en suite. Downstairs wc cloakroom. Very pretty sea facing lounge, separate dining room and quirky well equipped kitchen. Excellent wifi, SMART TV and DVD. Cosy and immaculate house with small courtyard at the rear. Pets allowed by arrangement.

This house built in 1855 but with Georgian high ceilings and a style that marries the quirky with the comfortable. Nice lounging sofa and chairs, separate dining table for four and small but well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker and microwave. There is a downstairs wc. Upstairs the two bedrooms are both ensuite with showers. The master bedroom has commanding sea views and a huge superking bed whilst the smaller second bedroom has twin beds. Both rooms have TV and wifi access. Outside there is a small courtyard with bistro table and chairs.

Vehicles park on Norton Road or Norton Avenue which is free and unrestricted. Please note that you would walk round to the (URL HIDDEN) stop outside and unload would be done at your own risk as there are double yellow lines!We are conveniently situated on a bus stop and in flat walking distance to the shops and (URL HIDDEN) hills! We also have a rear access to the property.

Ty Haf is a real gem. Each spacious room was very comfortably and stylishly furnished and all the equipment in the property is new and high quality. The location is perfect - just a short 5 minute stroll along the prom to the various restaurants, cafes and bars in The Mumbles…

Ty Haf made such a perfect nest for a couple of days of sight seeing around the Gower. Mary had thought of everything, even mince pies for our first cup of tea. Highly recommended

Couldn't recommend this place highly enough, particularly for the location right on the Mumbles Road with great views of lovely Swansea Bay right from the master bedroom
