Whether you want to explore the vibrant re-emerging city, attend a concert or sporting event or have a restful picnic in the park, 444 On The Park is your home away from home in Christchurch Central.

It is within easy walking distance to the city center, stadiums, shopping, eateries and galleries. It is also close to public transport for those trips further afield. The townhouse has its own entry, three bedrooms, an open plan dining and lounge area with a small balcony, separate well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a laundry, a private courtyard and a table tennis room.

Guests have the private use of the entire three bedroom Townhouse accessed 24 hours a day by keypad programmed to your unique PIN. You will also be able to arm and disarm the security alarm using the same PIN during your stay.

The Townhouse is the middle in a block of three on a site of twelve. The neighbours are quiet and well behaved. Guests are expected to behave in the same way.

Great place! Very walkable to cathedral square and other attractions. The kitchen and pantry are well stocked. Very clean and the electric blankets are awesome! :) Kristina was always very responsive and is a very knowledgable host.

Katrina's Airbnb is very well located. Loved my morning walk around Hagley Park and only a couple of minutes to a local cafe for great coffee. Also an easy walk into the city. The house is really well equipped with everything you would need and spotless. Katrina was an excellent host. We recommend this Airbnb to others.

An excellent, immaculate apartment, fully equipped. Nice location beside park and easy walk to town centre. My only reservation is that apartment must be left as found, or cleaning fee is quite steep. Better to include fee in the quoted rate.

Thanks for your lovely review Stephen. Also, thanks for your feedback about the optional cleaning fee. AirBnB guests can choose whether to select the cleaning fee at the time of booking, but most choose to do their own cleaning and 99% of the guests leave the property in great condition (you are definitely in the 99%!). This means if you are a clean and tidy guest you can save money by not paying inflated rates (that cover the cost of cleaning).

Katrina was very helpful providing useful info before arrival and travel suggestions. She updated us following the earthquake north of Christchurch. The house was clean and very modern. A great base to explore Christchurch. Little touches including fresh milk in the fridge and basics in the pantry were much appreciated. A welcome card was a lovely gesture. I would highly recommend this property for a family.

When not popping into the Townhouse to check everything is perfect for my arriving guests, I manage a specialist civil construction company I started in 2000, lecture corporate finance on contract at Lincoln University and drive my children to their many activities!
